1月終わりから、って言ってなかったっけ？？
いや、確認したら
「1月が終わる前に」だった。。。
まるで引っ掛けみたく(^_^;)
英王室らしい言いかただわ。
ま、とにかく
今日が初日だったようですね～。
新年早々に☆
この2枚の写真は、
またまた母キャサリン妃によるもので、
学校の壁画の前で撮影されたらしい。
もうすぐ2才半になるジョージ王子
しかし、なんだ、この貫録
緊張どころか、
正直、最初の印象：
「えっ、チャールズ皇太子？！」
って思ったほど(笑)
立ち方、身振りが、、、、
ソックリなんですけどｗｗ
パパ通り越して、
もうチャールズ皇太子レベルの貫録を持つジョージ王子！
アンマーホールから、お車で
ご両親揃っての登園となりました。
すべて滞りなく進んだようです。
ウィリアム王子の時と同じですね(^_-)-☆
この日は、
慣れるためにと、
数時間の滞在だったらしい。
£5.50 per hour– or £33 per day
という
ロンドンとは比べ物にならないほど
お手頃価格
週に何日かで、数時間の通園と言われています。
ウィリアム王子&ハリー王子も
同様の
モンテッソーリのメソッドを使用する

で学んでいる

結婚前、保育園でアシスタントのお仕事を。

そんな母の強い意志でモンテッソーリメソッドのナーサリーへ。
そして何といっても、
これが初の、英ロイヤルファミリー、
未来の国王が、一般の保育園に入園。
なので当然とも言えるけれど、
大変喜ばしい大ニュース
さながら

チャールズ皇太子&ダイアナ妃が揃って登園
2時間の朝のセッションの後、
ウィリアム王子にお迎えが来て
パレスへ帰宅
Celebrities who have gone through the Montessori school system include George Clooney, Taylor Swift, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and Larry Page, the founder of Google.
MONTESSORI SCHOOLING
The schooling system was invented in the early 1900s by Dr Maria Montessori to educate poor children in her native Italy.
Today, there are more than 5,000 Montessori schools in the US, and around 700 in the UK, where they are privately funded.
The
method discourages traditional competitive measurements of achievement,
such as grades and tests, and instead focuses on the individual
progress and development of each child.
Children of different ages share the same classes, and are encouraged to collaborate and help each other.
Special
educational materials are used to keep children interested, and there
is an emphasis on "practical life skills". Most Montessori classrooms
are secular in nature.
The
Montessori method has had its share of criticism. Some parents believe
the classroom environment is 'too free' while others question Montessori
teaching priorities, or the fact that children are not normally
assigned homework.

Following the methods pioneered by Italian educator Maria Montessori, Westacre Montessori School in East Walton stresses that children think for themselves as early as possible.
"There is a lot of focus on independence and helping children do things for themselves and make their own decisions and their own choices," Livingston tells PEOPLE in this week's issue.
"They will be encouraging him – right from the minute he walks across the doorstep – to do things for himself," she adds.
In his first days, George will do "simple practical activities," like pouring, removing and replacing bottle tops and lids, fastening buttons and hooking zippers. He'll also participate in group activities with other children, like story time, singing songs and learning about festivals.
At Westacre, like other Montessori preschools, there is a mix of age groups – up to age 5 in the Norfolk school's case. "The younger children learn by watching the older children and the older ones really benefit by helping the younger children," says Livingston.
"There is great benefit for learning and social behavior in an atmosphere where there's no competition because there is a mixed-age group. Children don’t think about what anybody else's age is," she adds.
If he wanted to bring a book, George would be encouraged to do so, but he would have to leave it in a library area to be shared and read by and with the other children, Livingston says.
And the little royal went in well-prepared – his bright powder-blue backpack filled with essentials, such as indoor shoes and a change of clothes, Livingston says, adding that there are many activities, like painting, where he could easily get wet.

《キャサリン妃バースデーにアデルが歌う？！》
今週末、
1月9日（土）
お誕生日を迎えるキャサリン妃
昨年出たウワサですが
”Heat magazine”によると
バースデー当日
英シンガー アデルが
キャサリン妃の為に
プライベートライブをしてくれるかも？？
今や2児の母でもあり、
元々あまり派手なパーティなどはそんなにお好きでない
とおもわれるキャサリン妃。
記念すべき日の計画として
盛大なパーティではなく、
キャサリン妃がどうやらお好きだったらしい
英国を代表するシンガー
アデルを呼んで、、ということらしく、
プライベートライブの依頼をしたとか、しないとか。。。
どうやら
キャサリンさんは、
アデルの1stアルバム『19』からのファンだそうで
昨年末『25』がリリースされたあとで
コンタクトを取られたとか。
「キャサリン妃は、パーソナルアシスタントに頼んで
アデルの事務所に連絡を取ってもらい、
プライベートでのパフォーマンスが可能か聞いてもらった」とか。
「キャサリン妃は、盛大な誕生日パーティにはさほど興味はなく、
家族や身近な友人達とお祝いをするつもりで、
アデルはその際、
新曲のアコースティックバージョンや、
過去のヒット曲も歌ってくれる予定のよう」
売れっこ多忙なアデルさんだけれど、
この方、英王室敬愛派らしく
以前、楽しそうだからと、
ハリー王子と遊びに行きたい、と言ったこともあるとか。
となると、
今回のこの情報も
まんざら嘘ではなく、実現の可能性のもよう。
実現したらステキだね～～♪
