『Trooping The Colour 2025』
英国王室恒例のミリタリーイベント&国王の公式バースデーパレード
トゥルーピング・ザ・カラー
1748年、ジョージ2世の公式誕生日の祝賀行事としてこのパレードが行われ
1760年のジョージ3世の即位以降
毎年恒例のイベントに。
夏に行われるトゥルーピング・ザ・カラーと、祝賀イベントを組み合わせることになり
以降この伝統は今日まで受け継がれており
よって、わかりやすい方の
君主の公式お誕生日イベント、というのが一般的に知られている。
ちなみに、故エリザベス2世もでしたが、
君主の本当のお誕生日は別の日。
チャールズ国王のお誕生日は、1948年11月14日
英国で最も、天候が良い、この時期(6月)に開催されている。
昨年は、ご存知の通り
チャールズ国王とキャサリン妃がガン治療に臨まれていた年
結果的に、
キャサリン妃にとって
このイベントが、ガン治療後の、初の公の場公務になりました。
痩せたお姿は心配だったけれど
お子様たちを含め、ご一家揃っての登場は、喜ばしかった❤️
しかも、大雨も降ったりと、
まさに波瀾万丈な英国王室を象徴していたようだったが
今年は、超晴天☀️☀️
なんなら、暑そう、、、くらいな。

騎馬、馬車に乗ったシニア王室メンバーの皆様は
バッキンガム宮殿を出発し
ザ・マルを通って、セント・ジェームズ・パーク前のホース・ガーズ・パレードへ
10時からトゥルーピング・ザ・カラーが始まり、
12時25分までに終了
その後王族方は、ホワイト・ホールを経てバッキンガム宮殿へ
チャールズ国王は、馬車を降り、軍隊へ返礼
その後、バルコニーにお出まし
13時の英空軍のフライパストで終了

昨年は、カミラ王妃も同じ馬車でしたが
今年は、キャサリン妃とお子様達で一台
プリンセスが並んで進行方向に座られ
プリンスたちが逆の席に。
ルイ王子もご兄弟に囲まれずとも、兄と座って。
成長されたことが伺えます。

Kate paid tribute to Queen Elizabeth II as she accessorised with the
Bahrain Pearl Drop earrings that were a gift to the late monarch. She
also pinned the Irish Guards regimental brooch to her dress
her role as Colonel of the Irish Guards as
she sat next to Charlotte, 10, with Louis and his older brother George
sitting opposite them, on the carriage.
Charlotte took after her mother as they wore matching blue dresses, with Kate selecting a blue coat dress from her late mother-in-law Princess Diana's favourite designer Catherine Walker - complete with a wide-brimmed hat by Juliette Botterill.
Kate accessorised with the Irish Guards regimental brooch as well as the Bahrain Pearl Drop earrings in a sweet tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth II. They were crafted from pearls gifted to the Queen and Philip from the ruler of Bahrain at the time of their wedding in 1947.
She is also expected to gather with Charles and Queen Camilla, her husband Prince William and other royals on Buckingham Palace's balcony for the Royal Air Force flypast.
Both Kate and Princess Charlotte paid a touching tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth II.

Princess Charlotte rewore a brooch she first wore to her great-grandmother's funeral.
The young royal, 10, pinned the historic Diamond Horseshoe brooch to the front of her light blue dress for her grandfather King Charles' birthday parade today - with Charlotte first wearing the piece of jewellery to Queen Elizabeth's funeral in 2022.
The brooch, which has been in the Royal Family for generations, had been a gift from her 'Gan-Gan' the Queen, and was a fitting nod to Her Majesty's love of horses.

now for the finer details. The Princess also wore aiguilettes, which are
ornamental braided cords, with the uniform bearing the cypher of King
Charles signifying Anne as a Personal Aide-de-Camp to His Majesty.
