Visit

『the National History Museum

to learn about its ”Urban Nature Project”

which will be launched in the coming months』

キャサリン妃が

2013年以来パトロンとなられている

ロンドン

”自然史博物館”

世界有数の科学研究センター

でもあり、欧州で最も訪問者数が多い自然史博物館

この日、キャサリン妃は

自然史博物館が来年ローンチする

新プロジェクト

”アーバン・ネイチャー・プロジェクト”

について視察

このプロジェクトは

人々が再び自然界と共に生きること

そして、

地球の未来を守ることを目的としている。

滞在中、キャサリン妃は、

このプロジェクトについての計画や

”自然史博物館ガーデン”を

最新鋭のリサーチセンターとして変換していくべく

現在行われている仕事についてヒアリング。

新たに生まれ変わったガーデンは

国内中の子供達や、若者、家族へ

科学を伝え、プラグラムを学ぶ、

アウトドアの教室、またはリビング・ラボとしての働きも。

それも含め、このプロジェクトが

地域社会にどのような好影響をもたらすかについてもお聞きになった模様。

アウトドアで過ごす時間というのが、

子供達の将来の健康や幸福、そして

子供時代から生涯を通じての基礎を育成する

とても重要な役割を果たすと、

強く信じていらっしゃるキャサリン妃

このプロジェクトに関して、

関心が強いのも当然と言えるでしょう。

実際に、ガーデンでは

子供達と、アウトドア・ワークに参加。

皆で、スパイダー作りや

それとともに、ストーリー作りも。

この時、あぐらをかいてお座りになっていた

キャサリン妃

また、

この日キャサリン妃は、ご自宅から

自家製ハチミツを持参され、

子供達へテイスティングを❤️

おそらく、先週末はアンマーホールにいらして、

父の日＆ウィリアム王子のお誕生日をお祝いされたのでしょう。

では、この日のファッション〜！！！

なんと新鮮なパンツスタイル！！

何がって全部、、、

まずはジャケット！

《クロエ》

のジャケットというのも初で新鮮なのだけれど

このデザイン！

ベースはサファリ的要素がありつつ、

袖口がリブだったり

ウエストにゴムが入っていたり

かなりデザイン性があるタイプ！

これまでは、トラッドな正統派タイプばかりだったので、新たな挑戦

色もサーモンピンク、とベーシックカラーでなく。

中のニットは着回しのリブで

ここ最近頻度が高い

《ラルフ・ローレン》

問題はボトム！

NEWのデニムなんだが、、、

なんともフツーのデニムに見えて、

それがなんだかキャサリン妃にもっさり見える？！

のは私だけ？

ハイウエストだったりと、ある意味トレンドのデニムなんだが

なんか違うなあ、、、

《＆ストーリーズ》

のものっていうのも、ちと違う気がするのと

おそらく、デニムの色が特にNGなんだと思われる。。

しかも、このジャケットには

キレイめなパンツの方が良いなあ。

個人的に、あまり好きではない、このコーデ(~_~;)

でも、この挑戦は興味深い。

ジュエリーは、使い回しで

チェーンのフープに

2連ネックレス＋イニシャル入ペンダントのセット

最近のお気に入り、ネックレスの重ねづけ、

はこの日も健在

そして、最新のスニーカー

《ヴェジャ》も。

とにかく、カジュアルスタイルが進化中

ヘアは、キレイなカールで、キャサリン妃流に。

ジャケットとヘアカラーは

バッチリで、お似合いなんだよね〜

なんか惜しい。

The Urban Nature Project aims to help people to reconnect with the natural world and to find practical solutions to protect our planet’s future.

The Urban Nature Project (UNP), which the Museum is launching later this year, will see the Museum’s five-acre grounds transformed into a globally relevant urban nature epicentre complete with outdoor classrooms, a ‘living lab’ and a weatherproof cast of the Museum’s famous diplodocus, Dippy

joined local schoolchildren on an immersive storytelling activity before touring the Wildlife Garden with Dr Gurr

visited the Museum’s Wildlife Garden and joined local schoolchildren taking part in nature activities, including spider-making and an interactive story-telling exercise

joined in helping children from the nearby St. Mary of the Angels Primary School with some nature focused craft activities

enjoyed woodland crafts with local schoolchildren as she took a tour of the Natural History Museum's wildlife gardens

helped staff fix an acoustic monitoring device to a cherry tree in the Wildlife Garden, which will record ambient sound to help Museum scientists to investigate patterns of bird, mammal and insect activity within the garden
