On Tuesday, Kate held a meeting with experts to discuss her early years initiative, convened by the Royal Foundation

'The mum-of-three hosted a meeting at Kensington Palace on Tuesday morning, most likely after doing the school run. Experts gathered at the palace to discuss Kate's new project, the 'Early Years' initiative. Kate, who gave birth to Prince Louis in April, returned from maternity leave earlier this month. Last spring, the palace confirmed that Kate will continue to support her patronages and charities, but her priority would be to look after her three young children: Prince George, five, Princess Charlotte, three, and six-month-old baby Louis.'

The Duke and Duchess meet a local surfing community group,
known as OneWave,
raising awareness for mental health and wellbeing in a fun and engaging way.

Their Royal Highnesses take part in the "Fluro Friday" session,
where people of all ages share their experiences of mental health issues,
and have the opportunity to interact with others enjoying yoga and surfing.

Before departing,
The Duke and Duchess have an opportunity to meet members of the public
gathered on the beach

Later that morning,
Their Royal Highness take part in a youth advocate programme
that aims to unite and inspire young people to be advocates for cohesion and inclusion in their communities.

The Duke and Duchess also engage with students
as they discuss issues including social justice and youth empowerment

Following this event,
accompanied by the Prime Minister the Honourable Scott Morrison MP,
and Invictus Games competitors,
The Duke climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge to officially raise the Invictus Flag,
marking the arrival of the Invictus Games to Sydney.

Their Royal Highnesses conclude the day with calls on the Leader of the Opposition
＠ Admiralty House,
and the Prime Minister ＠ Kirribilli House.

Meghan told guests she woke up 4.30 am to do yoga and that it was "so good for healing your mind".

expectant mum Charlotte Waverley chatted to Meghan:
"She told me that pregnancy was like having jet lag. She said she was up at 4.30 am this morning doing yoga in her room as she couldn’t sleep. It’s a bit of a double whammy for her, as she has both the baby and jet lag to contend with."

OneWave was founded by Grant Trebilco and Sam Schumacher. After 10 years of battling with mental health issues without seeking treatment, Grant was hospitalized in 2012 and diagnosed with bipolar disorder. The ocean and surfing was Grant’s saviour in tough times when he was released from hospital. He discovered that 'one wave' is all it takes. After hiding mental health issues for years, he decided enough was enough, and it was time to start talking and sharing his experience to try and help others. "Maybe if I share the simple recipe of saltwater, surfing and talking about mental health I can prevent people from ever feeling the way I did." So one Friday morning he decided to dress up in a shirt and tie and go surfing solo at Bondi to try to spark conversations about mental health. Sam is not your typical surfing instructor. In fact, he graduated as an aerospace engineer. This calling was overpowered, however, by the pull of helping other people enjoy the ocean and surfboard riding. Sam and Grant became mates over a shared love of surfing and giving people in a funk the chance to experience how good it feels to catch a wave. They have been working on OneWave together since it was founded in February 2013.

The pair smiled as group of dancers entertained the loved-up royal guests with a performance to the Frankie Goes To Hollywood version of The Power of Love - before they spent time talking to students about the girls' social justice project and youth empowerment.

The Duchess of Sussex told the students how her upbringing at an all-girls school and her first job 'taking out the trash' has made her 'the person she is today'.

Meghan, who has even put her 'feminist manifesto' on the Buckingham Palace website - said she felt 'emotional' hearing their passionate views of the students.

Harry, who is now said to identify as a feminist, told the girls he wants men to add their voices to the fight for equality.

Men can help as well by getting involved, we have to,' he said. 'We need to get men's voices involved as soon as possible.'

His wife, who has been a long-term advocate for women's rights, told students that their projects, including making boxes of supplies for women in need, made her proud.

'You guys all remind me so much of myself when I was growing up,' she told 14-year-old girls. 'I went to an all girls school which was incredibly diverse as well.

'I think being around such empowered young women, it becomes something that you all just grasp onto to understand your world. It's made you confident, well-spoken. You have an intention set to really do something to change the world, and you have to keep it up.

'It makes me so emotional. You're doing really, really good work and I'm so happy that we're here. We give you our full support.'

'Don't stop,' the Prince reiterated. 'Get more people involved, guys as well.'
