”Children’s Mental Health Week”

初日を翌日に控え
キャサリン妃が、
SNSを通じて
ビデオメッセージを投稿

今年の
”Children's Mental Health Week”は
2月1〜7日
テーマは、
クリエイティビティにフォーカス

キャサリン妃が動画の中で話されていたように
今年は、
アートや詩、ダンスや写真、映画などを通して、
子供達のみならず、大人も一緒になって緊張をほぐす方法として、
 'Express Yourself'
（自己表現）が軸に。

 "This year’s Children’s Mental Health Week is all about expressing yourself -- about finding creative ways in which to share your thoughts, ideas and feelings. So whether that’s through photography, through art, through drama, through music or poetry -- it’s finding those things that makes you feel good about yourself. And while this is Children’s Mental Health Week there has never been a more important time to talk about parental wellbeing and mental health too. Last year you told me just how important this was that many of us find it hard to prioritise. This is a hugely challenging time for us all so please look after yourself too. Find those ways in which to share your thoughts and your feelings or find someone to talk to because we really do need to be the very best versions of ourselves for the children in our care."

キャサリン妃ご自身は、
アンマーホールのご自宅でのジョギングだそう。
走れるもんなあ、、、、、
と一般人感想(~_~;)

昨年の、民間調査の結果で出たように
子供達のメンタルヘルスだけでなく、自分たちの幸福や健康もケアしよう！
ということを強く訴えられた。

これまでも、動画投稿はあったけど
今回の投稿は、セルフィーっぽくて新鮮！！
プライベート感全開❤️

もちろん、背景はご自宅、
アンマーホール（のお庭？）ようですね〜

というわけで、
ファッションもアウトドアSTYLE〜〜！！！

なんか、撮り方に加え
よりリアル感。
親近感というのか、、、
俗にいう、プリンセスのキラキラより、
むしろ今はこういう方が好感度アップではないかしら？！

私は好き〜〜❤️
キャサリン妃ですら、
わ、超どアップ！！って思ったけど。
二重が超濃いねえ〜〜とか（笑）
整形してます？暗いな、、濃さ。

アイメークが薄いから余計引き立ちますな。

このお顔見て
結婚前のキャサリン妃を思い出した。。

'Last year, Her Royal Highness launched her landmark survey on the Early Years, ‘5 Big Questions on the Under-Fives’, which aimed to spark the biggest ever conversation on early childhood that will ultimately help bring about positive, lasting change for generations to come. The research revealed that whilst 90% of people acknowledge that maintaining parental mental health is crucial to support the health and happiness of their child, in practice the majority of parents struggle to prioritise their own wellbeing. '

 ロンドンの２つの小学校を訪問。

visited two primary schools in London to find out more about the support offered to students, teachers and parents to help with mental wellbeing

 "I’ve got something. It’s not very big. Do you want to see it? This is a photograph of my family. These are my children and this is my husband. And my family makes me feel happy. And we like playing outside together and spending lots of time together as a family. And that makes me feel very happy."

《ケンブリッジ公爵家の新たな愛犬》

昨年、キャサリン妃ご一家の愛犬
ルポが他界
という悲しい報告をされましたが

実は
数ヶ月前から
新たな仔犬が家族の仲間入りしていた。

ご存知、キャサリン妃の弟、ジェームズさんが
生後８か月の黒の仔犬をプレゼントされた模様。

これが、ルポが亡くなる前だったとか。

超愛犬家で、自身が犬達に癒されたと公言され、
ブリーダーでもあるジェームズさん。

ルポも、そもそもは
ジェームズさんが繁殖させた仔犬の１匹で
2012年、ウィリアム王子がRAFに勤務されていた頃
ご夫妻にプレゼントされたもの。

その後、ルポと同じ母から生まれた、
Luna（ルナ）を繁殖させて
６匹の仔犬が。

その中から、
ケンブリッジ公爵家の家族となる１匹が。

その１匹を選ぶのには
きっと3人のお子様達のご意見も、、でしょう。

Lupo was from a litter that was bred by James, who was gifted to the royal couple in 2012 when Prince William was deployed to the Falklands during his time working for the RAF.

James later bred another six puppies with Luna – who was also in the same litter as Lupo – as the mother.

2020年11月22日に他界

 "Very sadly last weekend our dear dog, Lupo, passed away. He has been at the heart of our family for the past nine years and we will miss him so much. - W & C."


同じくして、ジェームズさんのアカウントでも
悲しみの投稿が。。

ルポの母を繁殖させて
新たに生まれたのが、この６匹。

ケンブリッジ公爵家の仲間入りをしたのは、
このうちの一匹ということね
