気づけば、一月ももう半ばじゃあないですか！
いや、というより、正直なところ
もう３ヶ月経ったよね？
って思ってた。
ご無沙汰してしまった割に、じゃあ何してたんだ？？
って感じですが、
今年は、
”プライベートな時間を作ろう！”
がテーマです（笑）
実は今年は、
キャサリン妃の結婚から10年
ということは、私も約10年間休みなく追ってたことに、
そういや外食もほぼしてなかったし
頭洗う余裕もない、
くらいな酷い生活を（笑）今年はちと変えて
人としてちゃんとした生活＆プライベート時間を作ろう♡と。
だからってやっぱり外食は出来ない事態だが（笑）
10年間のご褒美イヤーということで
バチ当たらんだろ、、、
そういえば、こんなのも全然書けてなかったなあ〜
単なる独り言だけどw

皆様、コロナ禍だけど
お元気ですか？
様々なご苦労や大変なこともあると思いますが、
どんな事も、
マイナス面の裏にもプラス面があると思っています☆
以前動画で対談させていただいた
あおきさんも仰っていた、風の時代についに突入し
大きく世の中が変化していく中で
これを機になりたかった自分に生まれ変わるかのごとく
軽〜〜いマインドで
フレキシブルに
自分軸をもって
自由にいきたいですね。
実は、なんとなく
インスタライブとかやりたいような、
でも一体何やれば楽しいんだろ？
とか考えてます。
今年は、軽〜〜く色んなことにチャレンジしたい気分
もともとが軽いけどね（笑）

よって、当然のごとく、
Zoomでのお仕事始めとなりました。
ウィリアム王子＆キャサリン妃は
緊急時対応要員達や
ホスピスUKの
代表者たちと
ビデオ電話でミーティング
In their first joint engagement of 2021, Prince William and Kate spoke to emergency responders and representatives from Hospice UK's Just "B" counselling and bereavement support line by video link.
the Cambridges heard how the support line is providing crucial mental health support for frontline workers, as mortality rates in both hospitals and community have community have risen significantly across the past year as a result of COVID-19.
ご夫妻は、現在、コロナ禍の影響でによって、病院や地域社会での死亡率が急激に増加している中、いかにサポートラインが
最前線で働く人々へサポートを行っているか、
重要なメンタルヘルスのサポートを供給しているか、についてヒアリングをされた。
昨年、お二人は
コロナパンデミックの直後、4月に
NHSなど最前線で働く人々のメンタルヘルスの支援のための
キャンペーンを立ち上げられました。
また7月にも、今度は
ご夫妻の“ロイヤル・ファウンデーション”が
保健省やNHSと提携し
“愛する人達との死別”
を経験した人々へのメンタルヘルスケアや、金銭的サポートなどをする
“Just B”と称する支援を発表されました。
その”Just B”の関係者や、
最前線で働く緊急時対応要員やホスピスUKの医療従事者の人たち、
カウンセラーの人たちと、
Zoomでのミーティングを行われた
ウィリアム王子とキャサリン妃。
現在ワクチン接種は進むも
死亡者も増加する英国(だけではないですが)
コロナ禍の中にあって
最前線で働く人々にとっては、仕事で直面する市民だけでなく
自らの家族、また同僚の死
ということすらもありうる現状。。。
そんな経験をや気持ちを理解され
同時に危惧されていたウィリアム王子。
なぜなら、王子もかつて
民間緊急ヘリのパイロットとして勤務されていた経験があるから。
The Duke, 38, said:
"This is an unprecedented time we are all facing. I think that really needs to be nailed home right now is that this is like nothing before that anyone has ever seen, particularly this third wave we are going through right now.
"People need to understand how you are normal human beings doing a brilliant job in a very, very difficult time and I hope this service gives people the outlet that they need.
"I fear, like you said, you're all so busy caring for everyone else that you won't take enough time to care for yourselves and we won't see the impacts for quite some time."

かつて民間の救急ヘリでパイロットとして勤務されていた時
人の死を目にしたことがトラウマとなり、
その後数週間も脳裏から離れなかったり、
世界が暗闇や暗黒のように感じたのだとか。
「”周りの皆が亡くなっていくことを考える”と、貴方が話したように、
現在最前線で働いてくれている人たちをとても心配しています。
今貴方達は、余裕もなく、プレッシャーが増大する中で
高レベルの悲しみやトラウマ、死と向き合っています。
それは、貴方達自身はもちろん、家族の人生にまで影響を与える可能性もあります。
そのように巻き込まれていくことも、むしろ当然のことでしょう。なぜなら常に身近で起こっているのですから。
しかし、貴方達がそのような激しいトラウマや悲しみ、死別と言ったものに囲まれていることを、多くの国民が理解していないと、僕は思うのです。
それらは、ずっと貴方の中に残るでしょうし、たとえ家にいても、数週間残ることもあるでしょう。貴方達にとって、世界がやや意気消沈していたり、暗黒の世に見えたりもするかもしれません。
貴方たちがこの困難な時期に素晴らしい仕事をしてくれている、あくまでも普通の人間であるということを、理解する必要があると思います。
貴方が語ってくれたように、貴方達が皆を世話することに忙しくて、自分自身のことを気遣う余裕がないことで、それによる影響を私達がすぐに認識することもできないということを、
私はとても懸念しています。
少なくともこの（Just Bの）サポートが、貴方達にとって必要なはけ口となりうることを願っています。」
またご夫妻は、
現在深刻となっている、
ロックダウンの規制を取り締まることで課せられる汚名（差別意識）と闘っている警察官などを含む、最前線の人々へ支援を提供、
対処法やメンタルヘルスに関してのサポートが可能であると、協調されました。
一方キャサリン妃も
「貴方達が行っているサービスが、今ほど必要としている時はないでしょう。心から感謝しています。」と感謝の気持ちを伝えられました。

現在毎日朝8時から夜8時まで対応しているそう
では、そんなお仕事内容に合わせ
新年最初のキャサリン妃ファッションは！
やはり、コロナ禍の状況下
キャサリン妃はお仕事始めも、
着回しアイテムでスタートでした。
そういうところが賢いのよねえ〜

というか、最近その傾向にありますねえ。

もしくは、

多分そこまでは、まだ、、、早いかも。
なにせ英国はロックダウン中
またしばらくズームでのお仕事が中心となりそうで、寂しいですが。。
Zoomでもいいから、
せめてちょっと引いて
お部屋の中歩いたりして、全身写して〜〜（笑）
とはいえ、これもこれからのニューノーマルの一つとなりそうだし
慣れるしかないね。

shared their first joint Zoom call of 2021 tonight. The conversation with Just B focused on the mental health and wellbeing and of frontline workers during the pandemic.
It is one of several charities receiving financial support from the Royal Foundation's COVID-19 response fund. The bespoke fund was announced in July, coinciding with an engagement in Norfolk for frontline workers. Just B's helpline now operates seven days per week from 8 am to 8 pm.
Just ‘B’ offers professional emotional wellbeing and bereavement support to children and adults across the communities of North Yorkshire, as well as national support for frontline staff following increased need since the pandemic began.
Their bereavement support is a tailored approach crafted in the knowledge every single experience is different.
he ‘really worries’ about the impact on staff now at seeing ‘such high levels of sadness, trauma and death.’
The royal, who worked alongside doctors and paramedics providing emergency medical treatment at the East Anglian Air Ambulance, spoke out in a video call conversation to front line workers and counsellors about bereavement support.
When you see so much death and so much bereavement it does impact how you see the world. It is very interesting what you said about being able to see things in a different light.
‘I think you said about thinking everyone around you is going to die, that is what really worries me about the front line staff at the moment.
‘That you are so under the cosh at the moment and so pressurised and you’re seeing such high levels of sadness, trauma, death, that it impacts your own life and your own family life because it is always there.
You’re so drawn into it, which everyone is, it is only natural that would happen.
‘But that’s what I think a lot of the public don’t understand, that when you’re surrounded by that level of intense trauma and sadness and bereavement.
‘It really does, it stays with you, at home it stays with you for weeks on end, doesn’t it, and you see the world in a much more, slightly depressed, darker, blacker place.’
The royal couple both stressed it is vital that frontline personnel - including the police, who suffer from the stigma of having to enforce lockdown restrictions - reach out for support at this critical time and that the stigma surrounding seeking help for their mental health must end.
Prince William went on: ‘This is an unprecedented time we are all facing. I think that really needs to be nailed home right now is that this is like nothing before that anyone has ever seen, particularly this third wave we are going through right now.
‘People need to understand how you are normal human beings doing a brilliant job in a very, very difficult time and I hope this service gives people the outlet that they need.
‘I fear, like you said, you’re all so busy caring for everyone else that you wont take enough time to care for yourselves and we won’t see the impacts for quite some time.’
Because we are too busy focusing on protecting the most vulnerable people in communities but hand on heart, I think our service are the most vulnerable people right now and it is horrible to see. We need so much help.’
William replied: ‘This is an unprecedented time you are all facing. This is like nothing before that people have ever seen, particularly this third wave we are going through right now.
‘People need to understand how you are normal people doing a brilliant job in a very difficult time. You are all so busy caring for everyone else that you won’t take time to care for yourself.’
The Duchess of Cambridge also questioned the front-line workers on what more could be done to convince their colleagues of the importance of prioritising themselves for help with mental health.
Kate said: ‘Never has there been a more important time to have services like this out there, so I am so glad they are being used as well.’
The call on Wednesday also highlighted how William and Kate’s Royal Foundation was helping to provide financial support through its Covid-19 Response Fund.
The foundation has partnered with NHS England, NHS Improvement and the Department of Health and Social Care to help fund Hospice UK’s Just ‘B’ support line, which supports NHS staff, social care workers, carers and all emergency services personnel.
