『IntoUniversity on Their 15th Wedding Anniversary』
Visited IntoUniversity,
a charity they supported through their 2011 Wedding Gift Fund
Marking 15 years of marriage, the Prince and Princess of Wales chose a
"full circle" moment for their Crystal Anniversary, visiting a learning
center for IntoUniversity in London
The choice was a poignant nod to their 2011 wedding, when the charity
was a key beneficiary of their Royal Wedding Gift Fund. In lieu of
gifts, the couple raised over £1 million for 26 charities. Fifteen years
on, it has grown into a national network with 35+ centres across the
UK.
For this engagement, the Princess chose a sophisticated, polished ensemble, pairing rich brown tones with soft pastel blue.

公務内容は、結婚記念日に関連したもので
2011年のロイヤルウェディングに際し
人々からのお祝いギフトの代わりに
ご夫妻が設立された
“Royal Wedding Gift Fund”
を通じての寄付を願われました。
結果、26のチャリティのための
100万ポンド以上の寄付が集まりました。
そして、この日の訪問された
ロンドンの学習センター「IntoUniversity」は
この時、支援されたチャリティ団体の一つだったんですね。
それ以降、15年の月日が経ち
この団体は、英国全土に35以上のセンターを擁する
全国的なネットワークへと成長したそう
15年前の、結婚式へのオマージュ❤️

A 15th wedding anniversary drop-in to @intouniversity. A charity that aims to help young people reach their full potential in education and beyond.
Proud
to know that IntoUniversity benefitted from the Royal Wedding Gift Fund
in 2011 and continues to provide academic support for those that need
it most today.
Today, we had the great honour of welcoming Their Royal Highnesses, @princeandprincessofwales, to our Walworth centre as they marked their 15th wedding anniversary.
It
was a privilege for IntoUniversity to be chosen for a visit on such a
significant occasion. In 2011, we were one of the charities supported by
the Royal Wedding Gift Fund at a pivotal moment in our development. At
that time, we operated six centres in London. Today, we support over
60,000 young people each year across 46 centres in England and Scotland.
During
the visit, Their Royal Highnesses joined a FOCUS Day with Year 5 pupils
from Victory Primary School. It was an incredibly exciting opportunity
for our students, who took part in a range of activities introducing
university life, including an Astronomy-themed session designed to spark
curiosity, build confidence and open up conversations about future
pathways.
The visit provided an opportunity to reflect on the
long-term impact of early investment in young people. We are deeply
grateful for the continued recognition of our work and for the chance to
share it directly with Their Royal Highnesses.
