キャサリン妃の目撃情報

バタシーパークで開催されていた
アートフェアに出没！！

ここといえば、
ジョージ王子のスクール
トーマスズバタシー校から
車で5分ほどの距離

2時過ぎ頃
というから
時間的にも
ジョージ王子を迎えに行く前に
ちょこっと立ち寄ったという感じっぽい。。

色々見て回られてたらしい。

超カジュアルなスタイルで
ブルーのデニムにピンクのシャツ
白いスニーカー
だったとか❤️

可愛いんですけど！！

お一人だったっぽいというけれど
それはないでしょう。

『Open the museum's new Photography Centre』

今週2度目となる公務に登場！

今年3月に正式にパトロンとなられてからは初！

In March, Kate became the first Royal Patron of the V&A.
The Palace said
"The patronage reflects Her Royal Highness’s continued personal interest in the visual arts, photography and design." Director Tristram Hunt said: "The Duchess’s personal interest in photography, textiles and the visual arts, alongside her support for the role of art in supporting mental health and nurturing young people’s creative talent, fits naturally with the collections and civic purpose of the V&A."

の公式オープンに出席☆

toured the opening display
＠ the Photography Centre entitled
Collecting Photography: From Daguerreotype to Digital.

オープンにつき
展示されているのは
”銀板写真からデジタルまで”
というタイトル通り
19世紀半ばの発明品から
撮影された写真の数々や
カメラの前身となる
アイテムのコレクションも。

V＆Aが所有している
80万点もの写真の中から
写真技術においてのパイオニア
ウィリアム・ヘンリー・フォックス・タルボット氏など
貴重な写真も展示がなされているそう。

その他
アートワークや
なんとジュエリーギャラリーも！！！

そこには
アルバート王子がデザインされた
ヴィクトリア女王のコロネット（小冠）も！！！

サファイア＆ダイアモンドのクラウンが素敵❤️

そして現代物では
ビヨンセの
”パピヨンリング”も！！

これもスゴイ〜〜〜！！！

必見だわ〜
ロンドンいらっしゃる方是非！

翌日、三度目のこの日は
ミディ丈のNEWドレススタイル

バリエーションがいいですね〜
飽きません。

この日は
シックでエレガントなドレス
てっきりドルガバかと思いきや
《アーデム》！！！

プリンス・オブ・ウェールズチェックの
アシメトリーの襟に、
ビジュー
半袖に、
フレアースカートの
ミディ丈

一見シックですが
アクセントはバーガンディーの小物で
品良く華やか！

さすが、キャサリン妃
非の打ち所がございません。。。

このデザインは、
2018SSコレクションからですが
どうやらデザイナーは、
”1920年代、NY”コットンクラブ”に、
もしクイーンが行くとしたら”
がイメージしたのだとか。

何だか納得。

オリジナルのコレクションデザインでは
お腹に切れ込み入ってますが
キャサリン妃のはもちろん無し。

そして、
きっちりキャサリン妃流！にアレンジされてますね〜
ウエストにボルドーのリボンベルト！

これ一つで
キャサリン妃ドレスに。

ヘアも、ゴージャス
色が明るく見えるので
シックな洋服にもむしろ◎

The display explores photography from the medium’s invention in the 19th century to the present day. Drawn from the V&A’s collection of over 800,000 photographs, the display showcases contemporary photography alongside seminal prints by pioneers William Henry Fox Talbot and Roger Fenton

looked in the stereoscopic viewer which showed photographs taken by a mother in the 1850s, depicting her children in an array of settings. The Duchess noted "It brought images like that to life" for visitors to the centre

The history of the photography collection in the V&A is closely connected with the development of the Museum as a whole. Its first director, Henry Cole, was an amateur photographer himself and a great supporter of the art of photography. He began a photography collection in 1856

'Kate revealed this evening that her eldest child, Prince George, is liable to blaming his pencils rather than his drawing ability. Shown a pencil drawing by William Henry Fox Talbot she was told the camera inventor blamed his lack of ability in drawing on the pencil, which inspired him to invent photography.

He wanted nature to draw its own picture on the paper instead of failing with the pencil, Martin Barnes, senior curator of photographs at the V&A, explained.'She said "George would do that!" — that is blame the pencil, which was sweet,' he said afterwards. The conversation came as Barnes showed Kate the humble little wooden box with a simple lens was made by Fox Talbot in 1835.'

by London-based master jeweller G (Glenn Spiro)

for Beyoncé Knowles-Carter

The ring, in the shape of a butterfly, is an example of naturalism in contemporary fine jewellery and showcases Spiro's exquisite craftsmanship. Perched on the back of the finger as if poised for flight, an ingenious spring system enables the delicate titanium wings to gently 'flutter' with the movement of the wearer's hand. As the wings move, the vivid green tsavorites and diamonds sparkle intensely as they catch the light.

Spiro's atelier is housed in the mirror-lined rooms that once belonged to royal couturier Norman Hartnell, in London's Mayfair. Spiro is famed for his vibrant and technically superb designs and his passion for gemstones, which surfaced at the age of 15 when he was an apprentice at Cartier.

Gifted to the museum by Beyoncé, an international icon of the modern world, and one of the most successful music performers of all time, the ring joins a collection of jewels associated with some of history's most notable women including Elizabeth I, Catherine the Great and the Empress Josephine
