tennis, sailing, skiing and hockey
などなど、スポーツ何でもござれのキャサリンさんですが、
この度
スキューバ・ダイビングも加わったもよう。
ケンジントンパレスが明らかにした。
キャサリン妃が
この度
”advanced scuba diving course”
に合格したと☆
よく考えてみれば
そんなことまで発表するのか・・・・(笑)
自慢ともとれる(笑)
もちろん、有難いんですけどね、そんなネタ。
”the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI)
Advanced Open Water Diver qualification” 取得
これで、なんと
30mの深さまで潜れることに。
この深さは
レクリエーションとしてのダイバーにとっては
最深の資格☆
日本で言うところの
”アドヴァンスド・オープンウォーターダイバー”
ということになるのでしょうかね。
もし間違ってたら教えて下さい

そして、
これを獲得したということは
ウィリアム王子とも
共に潜れるということ。。。。
ウィリアム王子が取得されてたとは・・・・・
知らんかった。
ま、サーファーですもんね。
納得ともいえるか。

ムスティク島
ここで、
ウィリアム王子は、以前サメを探すべく
深さまで潜ったこともあるらしい。
そして、
キャサリン妃が、資格を取得したのも
なんと、このムスティク島のダイビングスクールのよう。
ディープダイブや、ナビゲーションダイブを含む
計 5回のダイビング実地も
もちろん体験された上で合格。
スキューバダイビングの深く浸水することによる
生理学的影響について学ばれたり、
器具の取り扱い方や
魚用の網に引っ掛かってしまったなどの
緊急時用の、ナイフの扱い方なども学ばれた。

減圧症（潜水病）の可能性もありうるとはいえ
キャサリンさん
運動神経バツグンですもんね～
羨ましい・・・・
ワタシは、実は海好きですが

それにしても
子育てしながら
ライセンス取得・・・・ってスゴイなあ。
これ、日本なら

のプレジデントになられましたねえ～～

オチオチしてられなくなった？？(笑)
ウィリアム王子の気を惹き
繋ぎとめておくため
作戦を強化中だとか(笑)
ウワサによると
キャサリン妃は、相当夫婦間の関係において
保護的らしく、
ハリー王子の恋愛に関しても、口出しをしているそう。
そんなウワサ、これまでもありましたねえ～
特にクレシダさんの時。
義理姉、ウィリアム王子の好きな人でしたしねえ。
なので、ハリー王子の結婚という大きな話にはもちろん、
仕切りたいとさえ思っているのだとか。。。
ま、確かに
これまでうまーーーーーくいってたとしても
明日は分からない。
特に、義理の弟の嫁となると、

大きく影響してくるというもの。。。

とにかく、クイーンに仕える方達が勢揃い

インスパイアされたという
黒バックは、
確かに浮だちますね～
Inspired by formal 17th century portrait painting, in which a black background would emphasise the craftsmanship and colour of ceremonial dress, the photographs use a unique, contemporary mirroring device to show each individual from all four sides (front, back and both profiles)
そして、
正面、サイド×2、後ろ・・・・
このアイデア全てがスバラシイ。
the exhibition shows photographs of Members of the Royal Household and support staff in their traditional uniforms
For this project, Rittson Thomas has chosen to highlight some of the rich history of ceremonial roles in the Royal Household, ranging from members of the Royal Company of Archers and the Company of Pikemen & Musketeers to the Royal Bargemaster and The Queen’s Piper. He has also photographed others with Royal Appointments, including members of the clergy and parliament.

やはり”馬” か・・・・(笑)
そして、撮影中、問題も。
焦りパニくったフォトグラファーに対し、
クイーンがお声をかけられたのだそう。
場を和ませられたらしい。
何事にも動じない方ですものねえ・・・・
とはいえ、
先日、旦那さまのエディンバラ公は
公務中の記念撮影をモタモタしてることに 怒り、
Fワード発してらっしゃいましたが(^_^;)
Photographer Hugo revealed he captured the Queen's smile by asking how she would feel if her horse won the Epsom Derby, the only classic to have eluded her.
He also admitted he had suffered some technical difficulties. "The camera had a digital seizure about two-thirds of the way into the shoot, but she was very calm and cool and put me at my ease," he said. "My brain had just frozen but she started talking to me and I was able to fix the problem in two minutes. The roles were reversed – she was the one putting the photographer at ease."
