ベビーバンクは、さまざまな困難な状況にある家族にとって、重要なライフライン
バーネット、ハートフォードシャー、ロンドン全域の
困っている家庭に品物を提供し、
クリスマスまでの間幼い子供のいる家庭を支援することを目的としている。
滞在中、キャサリン妃は
家族が子供たちのためのおもちゃを選ぶための
クリスマスの洞窟を準備する人達のお手伝い
新しく結成されたベビーバンク・アライアンスのメンバーに、
「ここで行われている活動はとても必要不可欠なものです。
皆さんは多くの面でライフラインといえる存在ですが、同時に隠れてもいます。
私たちはこれを一般化し、もっと目に見えるようにする必要があります"
と語った。
”The Centre for Early Childhood”は、
12月中、地元のベビーバンクを支援するため、
一般の人々に資金、品物、中古品の寄付、
