『visit to Hull 

to mark Rugby League Inclusivity Day, 

hosted by the Rugby Football League, Hull FC and the University of Hull』

a tracksuit and headed to meet Disability Rugby League players in East Yorkshire, where she joined a training session with the World Cup winning England wheelchair rugby squad.

に到着

”プロラグビーリーグフットボールクラブ”

1865年創設のプロラグビーリーグフットボールクラブで

本拠地は、イングランド、イースト・ライディング・オブ・ヨークシャー、ハル

ラグビー・フットボール・リーグ（RFL）

のパトロンであるキャサリン妃

今回の訪問は、

障害者ラグビー・リーグが、参加者やその家族、地域社会に与える

「大きな価値と影響を強調」するために計画され

境遇や背景に関係なく個人を支援し成長させながら、

”不平等”に対し取り組みを行っている、

スポーツの力にフォーカス

スポーツ好きのキャサリン妃

やはり、体験せずにはいられない！

しかもパトロンだし、、、

とばかりに、車椅子ラグビーのトレーニングに挑戦！

had the opportunity to participate in a wheelchair rugby training session facilitated by members of the World Cup-winning England Wheelchair Rugby League squad.

ワールドカップで優勝したイングランド車椅子ラグビーリーグチームのメンバーが

促進させた、車椅子ラグビーのトレーニングセッションに参加。

が、先日

ご自宅で、トランポリンで転倒して、指を負傷されたキャサリン妃

この日、再び保護テープが！

まだ完治していない模様ですね、、

一応キャサリン妃は、

”予防措置として”とおっしゃっていたようですが。

同時に、現場では

トレーニングを始める前に

「指が不安です。でもやりたいんです」

ともお話しになっていた。

'Princess Of Wheels: Competitive Kate Plays Wheelchair Rugby'. The Princess of Wales celebrated scoring conversion while playing wheelchair rugby at a Rugby League Inclusivity Day.  

Kate took part in a training session in Hull on Thursday, where she also met Disability Rugby League players

Kensington Palace said: 

"The Rugby Football League is committed to ensuring that no individual is excluded from accessing and enjoying Rugby League. The Inclusivity Day saw members of Hull FC’s Wheelchair, Physical Disability and Learning Disability Rugby League teams taking part in training skills sessions and friendly matches. The teams were joined by students from Hull FC’s Centre of Excellence as they learned about and experienced the different forms of Disability Rugby League."

「ラグビーフットボールリーグは、いかなる個人も排除されることなく、ラグビーリーグへのアクセスやラグビーリーグを楽しむことができるよう尽力している。

インクルーシビティ・デイでは、Hull FCの車椅子、身体障害や学習障害のラグビー・リーグ・チームのメンバーが、トレーニング・スキル・セッションとフレンドリー・マッチに参加した。

チームにはHull FCのセンター・オブ・エクセレンスの学生も加わり、障害者ラグビーリーグの様々な形態について学び、体験した。"

Kensington Palace said: 

"During the visit, the Princess will also learned more about Physical Disability Rugby League (PDRL), a full contact version of the game adapted for players with physical disabilities who want to access a running version of the sport, and Learning Disability Rugby League (LDRL), a non-competitive version of the sport specifically adapted for those with learning disabilities."

"The Hull FC Centre of Excellence provides a holistic, industry-specific programme for 16-18 year olds who are interested in physical activity and working in sport, attracting and developing the best talent both locally and from further afield. Committed to enhancing the grassroots development of Rugby League across the country, the programme aligns both coaching and education to give its students the very best opportunities to succeed and progress straight into the sporting industry, or into further education."

 「訪問中、妃殿下は身体障害者ラグビーリーグ(PDRL)についても詳しく学ぶ予定です。身体障害者ラグビーリーグは、身体障害者でありながらランニングを楽しみたいプレーヤーのために作られたフルコンタクトのスポーツであり、学習障害者ラグビーリーグ(LDRL)は、学習障害者のために特別に作られた非競技のスポーツです。
「ハルFCセンター・オブ・エクセレンスは、フィジカル・アクティビティやスポーツの仕事に興味のある16歳から18歳の子供たちに、業界特有の総合的なプログラムを提供し、地元だけでなく遠方からも優秀な人材を集め、育成している。このプログラムは、全国のラグビーリーグの草の根的な発展を促進することを目的としており、コーチングと教育の双方を連携させることで、生徒たちが成功し、そのままスポーツ業界へ、あるいは進学するための最高の機会を提供している。"

 England’s Wheelchair Rugby League team were crowned World Champions. 

Shortly afterwards, Kate hosted a reception for the team at Hampton Court Palace to celebrate the win.
