本日
ジョージ王子＆シャーロット王女の学校がスタート
春学期の始まりです。
キャサリン妃の
バースデーは目前ですが、
さて、そろそろ
ご両親も
お仕事スタートでしょう。
＠ Thomas's, where Charlotte is in reception and George is in Year 2.
The school day begins at 8.30am, before reception finishes at 3.20pm - with the older children going home slightly later. Each class has a form teacher and roughly equal numbers of boys and girls.
Pupils study literacy, numeracy, science, history, geography, religion, French, PSHCE, art, computing, music, swimming, ballet, PE and games - and many of the lessons are taught by specialist teachers.
There are also a large number of extra-curricular clubs, including pottery, song writing, debating and fencing

The couple arrived directly from a private visit to the Hubb Community Kitchen. Sales of Together enabled the Hubb team to refurbish their kitchen, open 7 days a week and a number of the women involved gained certificates from several training courses enabling them expand their skills and roles. More from a Susssex Royal post shared before Christmas. "Today, the women at the Hubb Community Kitchen continue to have a positive impact in their community, across the UK, and around the world. Whether it’s providing a safe space for women and children to come for a hot meal, supporting local schools, serving free lunches to senior citizens, partnering with the Red Cross to provide lunches for refugees, or feeding the homeless - the Hubb helps and heals through their support and sustenance."

現地での温かい歓迎やサポートに対し
感謝の意を表されました。
そして、
建物内のギャラリーで開催された
カナダ先住民族のアーティスト
《Skawennati》の
スペシャルな個展もご覧に。
なにせ、超お久しぶりの登場
もちろん話題。
が、最初から、感じていた違和感。
なぜに、カナダハウス訪問が、最初で、
しかも公務？？
6週間もの、長き”休暇”を
プライベートなものとし
当然、一切詳細は明かされず
しかし、後半、カナダであることは認め
チラチラと画像を投稿
休暇が明けた、仕事始めは
休暇中のお礼？？？
公私混同っぽくない？？
静かに、プライベートで勝手にお礼をいえばよい。
休暇中なんだから。
ほっといては欲しいけど、
お世話になった場所はコモンウェルスだから、それは公的？？
ややこしい、、、、
こういうやり方するから、突っ込まれるんでしょうねえ、、、。
英国人でなく、税金も払ってない
外人の私でさえ、突っ込みたくなる、、、
一体、このご夫妻は、、、
2020年も先が思いやられる、、、、。
そもそもカナダといえば、
メーガン妃にとっては特別な場所
結婚前まで住んでた場所で
たくさんの友人やファミリーが。
最も安心できる場所、であることは理解できる。
加えて、そんな国が
コモンウェルスであったことはラッキー。
深く公務に繋げても文句は言えないが、
逆に下手すると
公私混同になりますよ。
今後も、カナダとの距離は近いことは間違いない。
そして、どうやら、この前に
”The Hubb :Grenfell community kitchen project”
のお仕事もされていたらしい。。
そっちはプライベートなのね。
れっきとしたお仕事だけど。
何か、この先の展開があるのでしょう、

At the diplomatic mission, the couple told staff about the wonderful hospitality, scenery and tranquillity they experienced in their country
“What a beautiful place you live,” said Harry, thanking staff for the Canadian warmth and hospitality, which he called “unbelievable.” “That was exactly why we chose Canada,” he said. “My wife will now finish in French,” he joked to laughs.
“It was just such an incredible time (we were) grateful to have there, and with our son too,” said Meghan, adding that their eight-month-old son Archie seemed in awe of the beauty of B.C.
