in London

キャサリン妃が
2016年からパトロンとなられている
"Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families"

子供達や家族のメンタルヘルスの問題に
60年以上も取り組んできたチャリティ

子供達が直面する
メンタルヘルスの課題を軽減するための活動によって、
これまで、英国内の100万人以上もの子供達をサポート。

60年以上もの若者たちへの
ケアの経験を通して
子供達や家族が、
ゴールの達成やハッピーでヘルシーな人生を送るために
必要な支援を受けられる世界
となることをヴィジョンにしている。

こちらの中心となる、センター
”the Kantor Centre of Excellence”
の公式オープニングに出席されたキャサリン妃

この新しいセンターは、
子供達や家族のための、メンタルヘルスのサービスを
より改善するべく
初めて
先導する実践者たちやリサーチャー、若者たちを団結させた
画期的な施設

センターの核とも言える
”Pears Family School” の視察も。

感情的、行動的に問題があり
学校から排除された子供達をサポートするためのスクールで
教育とメンタルヘルスの対策が統合した、
初めてのスクール
クラスルームには、家族も一緒に出席できるのだそう。

一般スクールへ
復帰できるように支援をする。

滞在中、キャサリン妃は
資金給与者たちに支援者たち
建築家たちやチャリティのスタッフたちと
30分以上お話になっていたそうで、
建物に関して、あるグループの人々に
こう話されたとか。
「'It must be so wonderful for you to see it.」

公式オープンを祝し
キャサリン妃のスピーチに
除幕式も。

ペアーズ・ファミリー・スクールでは
子供達とお会いになり、
ミュージックルームで一緒に参加

そういや、この日なんだか、
テンション高めのキャサリン妃でした。

Ahead of the visit, Kensington Palace said:
"This visit marks the Duchess's continued desire to shine a spotlight on child mental health issues and the importance of early intervention, and working with the whole family, can make to those in vulnerable situations. Her Royal Highness is keen to draw attention to the ways in which this charity is making progress in their work to lead a step change in children's and young people's mental health care."
They added:
"The Duchess of Cambridge first visited Anna Freud Centre in 2015, before becoming patron in February 2016. Since then, Her Royal Highness has visited the Family School and the centre's Early Years Parenting Unit (EYPU) and has met many professionals and experts from the centre through her Early Years work with the Royal Foundation and the ‘Mentally Healthy Schools’ initiative, of which the centre is a key partner."

Pears Family School will be at the heart of the Centre of Excellence.
A specialist school where children with serious emotional and behavioural issues who have been excluded from mainstream schools attend with their families, the Pears Family School is the first of its kind to integrate education and mental health provision.

The Duchess of Cambridge opened up about one of her little girl’s favourite pastimes during a visit to the Anna Freud Centre on Wednesday,
revealing that the Princess loves playing with slime. While Kate was
＠ the Pears Family School,
the mother-of-three enjoyed having a conversation with a little girl called Narriyah about the popular children’s craze.
She told her:
“Charlotte, my daughter, she dropped hers on the floor and it was pink and ended and brown and covered in so much mud. It ends up all gooey, doesn’t it?”
Narriyah’s grandmother then said of the conversation afterwards: “The Duchess was lovely with her. It was quite funny that they were talking about slime, of all things.”

The Anna Freud Centre currently support over a million children across the UK as they strive to reduce the burden of mental health challenges children face. With over sixty years experience of caring for young minds, their vision is a world in which children and their families receive the support they need to achieve their goals and lead a happy, healthy life.

At the heart of the Centre is Pears School, a school for children unable to meet the demands of mainstream education. A school for children who have been excluded. Pears School will support 5-14 year olds in a setting where loved ones can accompany them to classes. Tailored programmes will offer a combination of education with a focus on mental health

The new centre brings leading practitioners, researchers and young people together for the first time, to improve mental health services for children and families.

The new building, the Kantor Center of Excellence, represents the next chapter for the charity. It is the culmination of years of fundraising, meticulous planning and a vision to offer a creative, collaborative and inclusive space for young people and their families, experts and students. By combining all of the elements required to improve both understanding and practice in children’s mental health, in one coherent space, the centre can continue to pursue its ambition of transforming mental health provision.

5月2日は、シャーロット王女のお誕生日
4歳になられました❤️

投稿されたのは３枚の写真
撮影は先月、4月にされたそうで
場所は、ケンジントンパレスと、ノーフォーク州。

そして撮影者は、やはり
キャサリン妃！

もっちろんだけど
可愛い〜〜〜〜❤️❤️❤️

多分、ドレスのが、パレスかな。
