ハリー王子とメーガン夫人が、
南米北西部の
コロンビア🇨🇴を訪問する
４日間のツアーをスタート
今年5月には、ナイジェリアを訪問
ロイヤル風ツアーは、今年2度め
2022年6月に、コロンビア初の黒人副大統領となった
マルケス副大統領からの招待で実現。
一年前の
国際アフリカ系女性デーに、マルケス副大統領からオファーがあるも
メーガン夫人はその時はお断り、
国を訪問したいと、その後1年をかけ準備
そして今回の実現に至ったのだとか。
もはや、イベントに出席だけでなく
ロイヤル風ツアーでアピールしたいというのが
夫妻、またはメーガン夫人の狙いですね。
そして実現したから凄い。
どうやら、この副大統領は、Netflixの夫妻のドキュメンタリーを見て
感動したそうで、ぜひメーガン夫人に
ストーリーを語って欲しいと思ったそう。
同じアフリカ系の血を引き
同様に、ネットでイジメのような扱いをされたことでも
類友のように感じるのでしょう。
マルケス副大統領も昨年、ヘリをタクシーのように使うと批判されたりしたらしい。
そもそもは殺人予告などもあったそうだから、だが。。
そう考えると、今回の招待は
メーガン夫人が主役で、ハリー王子は
“プリンスという夫”
くらいな位置付けのように思えてならない。
コロンビアの首都ボゴタに到着
お出迎えは、もちろん
マルケス副大統領
そして、お隣には、パートナーの姿も。
《グスタボ・ペトロ》大統領の姿は見えず
その後、地元の学校を訪問
地元のカルチャー、コロンビア・フォーク・ダンサーの皆さんと
その後、デジタル社会についてのフォーラムに参加。
ちなみに、今回の夫妻の宿泊先は、
ソフィテル レジェンド サンタ クララ カルタヘナ

一泊2500ポンドのプレジデンシャルスイート
と見られている。

露出度は、前回ほどではなく
メリハリで、やや控えめ？！かな
メークも、ナイジェリアでは

she invited Meghan to the country a year ago on July 25, International Afro-descendant Women's Day.
Ms Marquez said today:
'We wanted to invite Meghan, an Afro-descendant woman, to participate in that meeting and share her experiences.
'At that time we sent her a letter inviting her and she responded to us - the letter said that she couldn't come but she was eager to visit and get to know our country.
'Since then we have been working for a year to achieve this visit, which is so important and good.
'(As for) how I met Meghan and Harry, well, I met them in the media but above all I saw the series on Netflix about her life and her story and that moved me and motivated me to say: this is a woman who deserves to come to our country and tell her story.
'Without a doubt it will be a strengthening for so many women in the world.'
マルケス女史は本日未明、記者団に対し、今回の訪問の目的は、特に若者のネット上でのいじめや差別の問題に取り組むために「橋を架け、扉を開く」ことだと語った。
彼女はハリーとメーガン妃に対し、ソーシャルメディア上の安全とメンタルヘルスに関しては同じ目標を共有していると語ったと伝えられている。
しかし、彼女はこの旅行がコロンビアを世界的な舞台で見せるためのものであることを隠しておらず、サセックス夫妻が数々のスキャンダルを受けて副大統領の評判を上げるために操られているのではないかという懸念につながっている。
元ゲリラ兵のグスタボ・ペトロ・コロンビア大統領の有権者支持率は34％で、高額な医療費と年金計画に反対した中道派の閣僚をクビにしている。
マルケス氏は、ヘリコプターをタクシーのように使って仕事を往復していると非難されている。過去には、なぜそんなに頻繁にヘリコプターを使うのかと聞かれ、自分は副大統領だから『残念だ』と答えたと伝えられている。
