２度目となった国家元首の訪英

昨年、南アフリカの大統領が
そして今回、韓国の大統領夫妻が3日間の予定で英国を訪問

戴冠式後としては、これが初！

皇太子ご夫妻にとっても同様で、戴冠式後初めて。

それだけに、韓国との関係がうかがえるし
気合いすら、、、。

まずは、朝ウィリアム皇太子＆キャサリン妃が
大統領夫妻のホテルを訪問され、ご挨拶
そして記念撮影が行われ、お車で一緒に
国王夫妻の待つ、ホース・ガーズ・パレードへ

到着すると、事件その①
車を降りる際、キャサリン妃の脚、太ももが露出！！！

これはまずい！！！のレベル
セクシーというより、エロい。

なまじっか、脚が美しすぎるから余計に、、、

鍛えられた筋肉モリモリの脚は超カッコいいが
出しちゃあ、ダメっす。
脚ばっか見てしまった、、、私でさえ

その時、ご本人はお気づきになってないっぽいが、
後で画像見てビックリかも？

アウターと、一番下のワンピースの長さがかなり違うから、
余計短さが強調される結果に。

また、式典前後には、皇太子ご夫妻のラブラブ・シーンも❤️

皇太子妃として、この時のキャサリン妃ファッションは赤！

韓国のフラッグカラーから選ばれたのでしょう。
最近の恒例、鮮やかに赤でワントーンコーデ

一方、キム・ゴンヒ大統領夫人はというと
チャコールグレーのとってもシックな装い。

まあ、プリンセスとファーストレディと、立場も違うが、
それにしても温度差を感じたり。

日本人もこういう色を選びがちなので、
アジア圏の特徴とも言えるけれど。。

その後、国王ご夫妻、皇太子ご夫妻は
大統領夫妻、副大統領などと、馬車で同席し
バッキンガムパレスまでパレード

パレスでは、大統領夫妻らに
韓国にゆかりのある品々を紹介しつつ歓談

そこでも、気づけばウィリアム皇太子＆キャサリン妃が
後ろでお互いの腰に手を回されているシーンが目撃❤️❤️
相変わらず、ナチュラルにラブラブなお二人です。

この日の赤いコーデ
一見、ボウに見覚えがあるから、着回し？
いや、でも、、、状態で困惑したが（笑）
実は、前回（2021年）にデビューした、
ドレスコート＋ドレス
の上に、ケープを着るという技だった、、、、

よって、ボウは中のドレスコートのデザインで
ケープはこれを邪魔しないネックのデザインになっている。

結構しっかりした素材だと思うが
それを3枚重ねていらっしゃるとは、、、重そう（笑）
とか思ったり
よく考えられたわね〜、と感心したり。

ロング丈のケープってロイヤルっぽいし
どちらかというと年配な感もあり
キャサリン妃の貫禄がすごいw

ボウがインパクトのあるアクセントになっているので、
帽子は、シンプルなデザインで、サイズは大ぶり
というのがバランス良し❤️

上半身だポイントを集中させているのも品良くみえる理由

イヤリングは、エリザベス女王の
サファイア＆ダイヤモンドと、
これも恐らく韓国フラッグカラーの一つ
赤×ネイビーのカラーコーデもお見事❤️

彼らの栄誉は、昨夜バッキンガム宮殿で、
韓国大統領の3日間の英国国賓訪問を祝う華やかな晩餐会が開かれ、170人の招待客の中に
彼らが含まれていたわずか数時間後のこと

同日、夜には公式晩餐会が開催

出席者は、総勢170名とか。

王室からは、高位メンバーの皆様が勢揃い
英国首相を含め、政府関係者たちも勿論。

晩餐会の様子は公開されていないけれど
数少ない画像の中で、注目を集めたのが、
なんと
ブラックピンクのメンバー！！！
ご存じ、
K-POPガールズグループ
ジェニー、ジス、リサ、ロゼの４人

晩餐会でのドレス姿も話題になったのだけれど
実はそれだけではなかった、、、
それ以上のサプライズがあった！！！
晩餐会の数時間後、チャールズ国王が
ブラックピンクのメンバー４人に
MBE（名誉大英勲章）を授与！！

しかも
大ヒット映画『ミーン・ガールズ』
にちなんだ予想外の演出も。

正直、ウソだろ？！？！
でしたが、
どうやら、これは
2021年にグラスゴーで開催された
英国が議長国の、（COP26）”気候変動サミット”
の提唱者としての役割を担ったことで、この栄誉を受けた。
世界中の何百万人ものファンに気候変動問題への取り組みを促したと見られている。

その他に、
ロゼは、NZ出身で、韓国と二重国籍保有というから
チャールズ国王としては
環境保全のサポート以外にも、コモンウェルス出身というのも
勲章授与に影響した？

また、
バッキンガム宮殿の1844号室で行われた授与式に先立ち、
韓国大統領の英国国賓訪問に合わせ、
コールドストリーム・ガードのバンドが、宮殿の衛兵交代式で
ブラックピンクのヒット曲「Ddu-Du, Ddu-Du」を演奏。

この演奏の映像は、ロイヤルファミリーのSNS公式アカウントで共有され、
このキャプションとともに、黒とピンクのハートの絵文字が。
 「水曜日は、@BLACKPINKを演奏します」

このキャプションは、
"On Wednesdays we wear pink "という、
象徴的なセリフが登場する、カルト的名作映画
『ミーン・ガールズ』を意識したものだとか。

ジェニー、ジス、リサ、ロゼをボーカルに持つブラックピンクは、
この夏にイギリスの主要フェスティバルのヘッドライナーを務めた
初の韓国人バンド。

とにかく、また実感
なんともフレキシブルな英国王室、、、

今やエンタメ国として名だたる韓国に対して
訪英中の大統領夫妻に対しての戦略でもあるのでしょうが、
それにしても勲章授与までとは、、、。

個人的には、むしろチャールズ国王が
ブラックピンクのファンで〜❤️、
とか言われたほうが、むしろ納得できるかも（笑）

とワクワクしたのだが、
個人的にはあまり、、、なスタイル(~_~;)
あくまでも全身として、という意味ですが。

肩が張ったケープ型のデザインで、袖のところにはゴールドの刺繍

歓迎式典の時もだし、ケープ多いな、、、
ま、トレンドで欧州ロイヤルも含めオンパレードなので
仕方ないとも思うが
なんだか肩と袖のバランス（デザイン）が古く感じてしまう。。。

これが
《アレキサンダー・マックイーン》
の《サラ・バートン》と違うところなんだよねえ、、、

懸念してた通り、サラ・バートンが辞職した今
キャサリン妃のファッションは、またコンサバ感が強くなり
ダサめに戻った、、、。

更に、初お披露目されたティアラ
《クイーンマザー》が結婚の際、お父様から贈られた貴重なもの
”ストラスモア・ローズ・ティアラ”
を初めてお着けになったのだけれど
バンドゥタイプのこちら、繊細なタイプなので
このドレスには合ってない上に
着け方もなんか違う気が、、、

クイーンマザーは当時、額に着けられていて
当時の主流のドレスともピッタリ。

キャサリン妃はそれを頭頂部に着用されてて
ドレスはモダン（もしくは90年代調）なのに
ティアラは20年代と、
レトロ＋モダン
という、合うわけのないコンビネーションに。

なので、なんだかティアラのボリュームも足りない感がしてしまう。。

果たして、これで良いのか？
クイーンマザーや、またかつてのダイアナ妃のように
額につけるのが正解という声はあるが、
当然、時代の移り変わりもあるから
その時代に合わせて、、着け方も変わると思うけど
これは、、、、一体。

をお着けになり、合ってるっちゃー合ってるのだが
なんだか、品があるかというと、、、

この日最も良かったのは、エディンバラ公爵夫人（ソフィー妃）だった。

King Charles III paid tribute to K-pop act Blackpink at a glittering banquet at Buckingham Palace Tuesday, as Britain rolled out the red carpet for a formal state visit aimed at strengthening trade and defense ties between Britain and South Korea. The king and Queen Camilla hosted South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol and his wife and first lady Kim Keon Hee at a sumptuous white tie and tiara banquet at Buckingham Palace, where Charles paid tribute to South Korea's political and economic advances and celebrated its culture. The monarch even singled Blackpink, whose members were among more than 170 guests in the grand ballroom, out for praise. “I applaud Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa and Rose, better known collectively as Blackpink, for their role in bringing the message of environmental sustainability to a global audience,” Charles said in his banquet speech. “I can only admire how they can prioritize these vital issues, as well as being global superstars." 晩餐会でのスピーチで、チャールズ国王は
環境保護に対する韓国人の関心に敬意を表し、ブラックピンクを賞賛した。

 「ブラックピンクとして知られるジェニー、ジス、リサ、ローズの4人が
英国のCop26議長国の大使として、また後に国連の持続可能な開発目標の提唱者として、
環境の持続可能性に関するメッセージを世界の聴衆に伝える役割を果たしたことに
拍手を送りたい。

「世界的なスーパースターであると同時に、
このような重要な問題に優先的に取り組むことができる彼らには感嘆するばかりです。
悲しいことに、私が数年前にソウルにいたとき、

During his address at the dinner, Charles paid tribute to the Koreans' interest in protecting the environment and singled out Blackpink for praise. He told the guests: "I applaud Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa and Rose, better known collectively as Blackpink, for their role in bringing the message of environmental sustainability to a global audience as ambassadors for the UK’s presidency of Cop26, and later as advocates for the UN sustainable development goals.

"I can only admire how they can prioritise these vital issues, as well as being global superstars. Sadly, when I was in Seoul all those years ago, I am not sure I developed much of what might be called the Gangnam Style!"

一方、大統領も、スピーチの中で、国王の気持ちを代弁し、
イギリスと韓国の緊密な結びつきを称賛し、こう述べた：
 「私は若い頃、友人たちとビートルズ、クイーン、エルトン・ジョンのファンでした。ハリー・ポッターの本は多くの韓国人に愛読されています。
最も重要なのは、イギリスが近代自由民主主義の立役者であるということだ。
ほとんどの民主主義国家は、イギリスの議会制民主主義に深い影響を受けている。
韓国も例外ではない。

"自由、人権、法の支配という私たちが共有する普遍的価値観に基づき、大韓民国は、
世界の自由、平和、繁栄のために共に努力する英国とともに、今後も揺るぎなく歩んでいく"

In his speech Mr Yoon echoed the sentiment of the King, praising the close ties between the UK and South Korea, saying: "When I was young, my friends and I were all fans of The Beatles, Queen, and Elton John. Harry Potter books are adored by many Koreans. Most importantly, the United Kingdom is the architect of modern liberal democracy. Most democracies are deeply influenced by British parliamentary democracy. Korea is no exception. 

"On the basis of our shared universal values of freedom, human rights and the rule of law, the Republic of Korea will continue to steadfastly stand together with the United Kingdom as we work together for freedom, peace and prosperity around the world."

正直なところ、ホワイトタイの晩餐会では、黒は避けた方が良い。
もし晩餐会に出席される機会がある皆様、

Her Strathmore Rose tiara is an interesting choice. It was bought by the Queen Mother’s family as a gift when she married the Duke of York, later King George VI. It was made in the 19th Century and bought from a dealer in London and has rarely been seen in public

The Queen Mother's parents purchased the showstopping Strathmore Rose Tiara for her as a wedding gift in 1923

Created by jewellers 《Catchpole & Williams》
 it was supplied with two alternative frames, one invisible which allows the piece to be worn as a bandeau, the other padded for wear on the head. 

2種類のフレームが付属していて、1つはバンドゥとして着用できるように見えないようになっていて、もう1つは頭に着用できるようにパッドが入っている。

2002年にエリザベス女王が受け継がれ
これまでに、キャサリン妃を含め花嫁のティアラとして候補に上がってきたそう。
キャサリン妃が今回着用されたことで、陽の目を。
今後も、愛用される可能性大ですね。

勲章①”the Queen's Royal Family Order”

The Order is awarded by the Sovereign of the United Kingdom to female members of the Royal family as they typically do not wear the commemorative medals men do.
 The order is a personal memento rather than a State decoration. The badge of the order consists of a portrait of the Sovereign set in diamonds, which is suspended from a ribbon. 
The ribbon of each Royal Family Order changes with each monarch. 
Her Majesty presented Kate with the Order in 2017; it's made of glass.

勲章②”Dame Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order”

GCVO regalia. 

In April 2019, to coincide with William and Kate's eighth wedding anniversary, the Queen appointed her granddaughter-in-law ”Dame Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order” for services to the Sovereign. The Royal Victorian Order was established in 1896 by Queen Victoria. It recognized personal service to the monarch. Like the Royal Family Order, the blue sash with red and white trim and the star of the order will be worn at white-tie occasions throughout Kate's life.
