先日のハリー王子のコメントを受け
今日何かある、と待った。

 いやあ、カウントダウンのように待ちました（笑）
意外とすぐだったけどw

雨だったからかな（？）
ウィンザー城、St ジョージズ・ホール
でのお披露目となった。

ここは、ちょうど一年前の
ロイヤルウェディング後のレセプションが行われた場所。

一年後には
第一子を抱いて、、、というのも
感慨深い、でしょう。

ハリー王子がベイビーを抱いて登場
終始、嬉しくてたまらないといった表情のお二人。
良いですね〜、ハッピーなニュースは❤️

８番目のひ孫にお会いになる！と言われていたが
どうやら、
ハリー王子＆メーガン妃が、この場所に向かわれている途中で

なんとビックリ！！！

'We're just so thrilled to have our own little bundle of joy': How Meghan and Harry introduced their newborn son to the world

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex spoke of their delight as they presented their newborn son to the world.
Speaking in St George's Hall at Windsor Castle as her husband held their two-day-old child, Meghan said: 'It's magic, it's pretty amazing. I have the two best guys in the world so I'm really happy.
'He has the sweetest temperament, he's really calm.'
As they both laughed, Harry said: 'I don't know who he gets that from.'
Meghan added: 'He's just been the dream so it's been a special couple of days.'
Asked who the baby takes after, Meghan said: 'We're still trying to figure that out.'
Harry said: 'Everyone says that babies change so much over two weeks we're basically monitoring how the changing process happens over this next month really. 
'But his looks are changing every single day, so who knows.'
Asked how he found parenting, Harry added: 'It's great. Parenting is amazing.
It's only been two and a half days, three days, but we're just so thrilled to
have our own little bundle of joy and be able to spend some precious times with him as he slowly, slowly starts to grow up.'
Asked about going to see the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh, Meghan said: 'We just bumped into the duke as we were walking by which was so nice. 
'So it'll be a nice moment to introduce the baby to more family and my mum's with us as well.'
Harry added: 'Another great grandchild.'
Asked to show more of their son's face to the cameras, Meghan laughed as 
Harry joked: 'He's already got a little bit of facial hair as well, wonderful.'
Meghan added: 'Thank you everybody for all the well wishes and kindness, it just means so much.'

 話題となった、ベイビーシャワー にも招待されていたほど親しい関係

 メーガン妃の強い意思で
ここが入ったという話も。。。

 うーん、デザイナー選びといい、
友人が絡んでるかも？といい、、、
ちょっと危ないですね、公私混同
お友達優先、、、という感じ？

 そもそも、英国に諂えとは言わないが、
英国メディアとうまくやることな必須ではないのだろうか、、、

 郷に入れば、、、と思うのは、
私が日本人だからかなあ、、、

 とにかく英国の印象は良い筈はないよね。

However, on Tuesday, Buckingham Palace added a camera from the US network CBS to the pool.

It is the channel on which Meghan’s friend, Gayle King, is the anchor of the breakfast show – and the timings for today’s images will mean the little baby will be seen beamed across the US at breakfast time.

News that Wales Bonner had designed this dress, which denotes a key moment in Meghan's royal life, came via the British Vogue Instagram page. This suggests that the idea of her wearing the designer may have been arranged with the team at the publication. Meghan is said to have developed a close working relationship with editor Edward Enninful.
The 28 year-old designer has been lauded for her sensitive approach to gender. She started out focusing on menswear but now shows her collections on both male and female models . Recent shows have examined how students dressed at Howard University, the first black university and Ram Daas, an American spiritual teacher who brought Eastern practices including yoga to the West- these are both topics which segue with Meghan's own interests.'

The unanswered questions: How Meghan and Harry are yet to reveal a name, where the baby was born and who his godparents will be 

Harry and Meghan beamed as they presented their newborn son to the world at St George's Hall, Windsor Castle this afternoon. 
They spoke of their delight at becoming parents and Baby Sussex's 'calm temperament'.
But they chose not to reveal his name and still haven't disclosed where he was born.
Here is a list of things we are still waiting to find out about the newest addition to the Royal Family: 
What's the baby's name? 
We are still waiting to find out what Baby Sussex's name is.
Bookies' favourites include James, Arthur, Edward, Oliver and Jacob.
There are also rumours he will be named after his great-grandfather, Prince Philip or his grandfather Prince Charles. 
Where was he born? A home birth or hospital
Royal sources told The Mail this week that Meghan's hopes of a home birth at Frogmore Cottage were dashed after she went more than a week over her due date.
But Harry and Meghan are yet to confirm whether Baby Sussex was born at home in Windsor or in a hospital.
They were rumoured to have opted for Frimley Park NHS Hospital in Surrey, but it is now believed Meghan may have chosen The Portland Hospital in central London.
Childbirth packages at The Portland cost between £15,000 and £20,000. 
It is also still unclear whether Meghan was induced. 
Will the baby have famous godparents?
The Duke and Duchess are yet to reveal who they have chosen to be their son's god parents.
There is a long list of famous names in the running, including Meghan's friends Jessica Mulroney, Serena Williams and Amal Clooney. 
Harry's potential choices include his cousin Zara Tindall and her husband Mike, his childhood friend Charlie Van Straubenzee and close pal Nicholas Van Cutsem.  
Will he have an American passport?
Meghan and Harry want their as-yet-unnamed child to grow up a global citizen, royal insiders have said. 
The couple have made no secret of their wish to be the 'inclusive' face of the monarchy.
The boy would be entitled to a US passport because his mother was born in Los Angeles and is still an American citizen. 
His parents would first have to apply for American citizenship on his behalf. 
A senior source stressed nothing has been decided yet, but added: 'I think it is likely that they will.'

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were photographed with their newborn son earlier at Windsor Castle today. 
The baby was born on Monday, 6th May, at 05:26 in the morning, weighing 7lbs 3oz at birth and The Duke of Sussex was present.

A surprise choice, Archie was not among the bookmakers' favourites of Alexander, Arthur and Albert.
"I don't think anyone of us saw either of these names coming," says Joe Little, managing editor of Majesty royal magazine.
As far as he is aware, Archie does not have any British royal connotations - and Harrison too is a totally new name for the Royal Family.
Archie means "genuine", "bold" or "brave" - and is more popular in Britain than the US. It was originally a shortened form of Archibald but is now often used as a name on its own.
It was the 18th most-popular boy's name in England and Wales in 2017, with 2,803 baby boys called Archie that year, and has been in the top 50 consistently since 2003.
