なんと、タキシードドレスで登場と
意表をついた、

In 2012, the Royal Foundation created the Endeavour Fund.
The Fund offers seed funding for sporting and adventure challenges and helps emerging initiatives with advice, hands-on support and mentoring. The fund plays an important role in ensuring that more servicemen and women have the opportunity to rediscover their self-belief and fighting spirit through physical challenges. It aims to help those that are hard to reach and to support activities that contribute to the participants’ recoveries - either through mentorship, qualifications or work opportunities.
As Patron of the Fund, Harry has launched a series of programmes and events in their support. In November 2013, Prince Harry joined one of three teams of wounded servicemen and women to trek to the geographic South Pole for the Walking with the Wounded South Pole Allied Challenge.
『The Endeavour Fund』
supports the ambitions of wounded, injured and sick service personnel and veterans wishing to use sport and adventurous challenge as part of their recovery and onward rehabilitation.
Since 2012, The Royal Foundation has supported over 5,000 people to engage with sport, post injury. The variety of opportunities has been vast, from rowing oceans and crossing deserts, to running clubs and family triathlon events.
Over the past three years, The Endeavour Fund has committed to reaching the harder-to-reach and has partnered with organisations that work with veterans at risk of homelessness (including Alabare and The Stoll Foundation) and those with significant mental health issues (including Combat Stress) to ensure that sport and active lifestyles are available to those who they support.
『Endeavour Fund Awards』
In 2016, The Royal Foundation hosted the first Endeavour Fund Awards to showcase the amazing stories of courage in adversity that resulted during the challenges each year. At this annual event, we present awards to recognise achievement and celebrate excellence. The final award is presented to highlight an example of resilience, fortitude and success as well as selfless commitment in helping others to reach their goals in sport or adventure. This award was named after Henry Worsley, a soldier that had dared greatly through a long military career studded with incredible adventurous prowess but who passed away during an attempt to cross Antarctica, solo and unsupported and under The Endeavour Fund Flag.
We will remember Henry through the presentation of this award each year.

Before the reception Harry and I were talking to all the nominees and in speaking to one of them he said, you know after I mentioned to him, 'Gosh the impact you guys make is huge. It's so much bigger than you.' No it's not about us, it's the ripple effect. And, in true modesty of all the nominees; yes it is about the ripple effect. What I admired in him - and I feel is true about all the nominees - is you don't have that ripple effect unless each of you is brave enough to make that first wave. It's so important to remember that because what you're doing is inspiring so many people - so thank you from all of us for being that inspiration."

The award is given to an individual who has endeavoured to achieve excellence in their chosen sport or adventure challenge
Nathan was badly injured in Afghanistan in an IED blast that ended his military career. In just five years, he's gone from having no flying experience to a commercial airline pilot with the help of organisation Flying for Freedom.
Prince Harry presented ”the Henry Worsley Award” to 《Shaun Pascoe》
It is awarded to the individual who has best inspired others through the demonstration of determination in the face of adversity, whilst endeavouring to support others with their recovery through sport or adventure challenge.
Shaun Pascoe was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress after numerous tours around the world with the Royal Air Force. He set up the sailing charity Turn to Starboard, providing more than 1,200 sailing opportunities to service personnel and veterans.
”The Henry Worsley Award”
is named after the late Henry Worsley, who tragically lost his life in January 2016 whilst attempting to cross the Antarctic landmass, solo and unsupported. Henry, a career soldier and an experienced polar adventurer, undertook this incredible expedition in order to raise money for the Endeavour Fund

Meghan Markle‘s close friends are opening up for the first time about the woman they know and love.
After maintaining their silence for nearly two years, five women who form an essential part of Meghan’s inner circle have spoken with PEOPLE to “stand up against the global bullying we are seeing and speak the truth about our friend,” says a longtime friend and former costar.
“Meg has silently sat back and endured the lies and untruths,” her former costar says in this week’s cover story. With Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry, expecting their first child this spring, “we worry about what this is doing to her and the baby,” adds the costar. “It’s wrong to put anyone under this level of emotional trauma, let alone when they’re pregnant.”
In candid interviews, the women — who requested anonymity to protect the private relationships they hold dear — set the record straight on everything from Meghan’s relationship with her dad to an up-close view of her wedding to the reality of her day-to-day life at Kensington Palace’s Nottingham Cottage.
“We’ve all been to their cottage,” says a close confidante. “It’s small and she’s made it cozy, but the perception of their lifestyle and the reality are two different things. Meg cooks for herself and Harry every single day.”
A friend from L.A. recalls visiting the cottage, sharing, “We had a couple of days together recently. Her husband was out of town on work. In the room she made up for me, there was a candle lit by the bed, slippers and a robe. We were the only two in the house. It was our time. She made the most lovely meals. She made tea every day. It was raining and muddy outside, so the dogs got all dirty, and she’s wiping them off with towels. How much she loves her animals, how much she loves her friends, how much she loves feeding you, taking care of you — none of that has changed.”
But since her relationship with Harry became public in 2016, Meghan has been the subject of intense scrutiny — along with various mistruths.
Among them: Meghan’s relationship with her dad, Thomas Markle, and half-sister, Samantha.
“They have been made to appear as siblings who had this falling out, and that’s not the truth at all,” a longtime friend says of Samantha and Meghan’s half-brother Thomas Jr., who were in their mid-to late teens when Meghan was born: “They were not a part of her life.”
As for Meghan’s father, who has said he can’t reach Meghan, “He knows how to get in touch with her,” adds the longtime friend. “He’s never called; he’s never texted. It’s super-painful.”
For the friends who talk to her daily, Meghan is an ever-present support: a consummate listener who balances passion for her work with an intense interest in people.
“When you see her at walkabouts, when she crouches down to talk to the kids and genuinely has real conversations with people, that’s Meg,” says the former costar. “That’s how she crouches down with our kids at home. That’s how she plays with them. That’s how she engages with people and how she always has.”
Even amid the worldwide spotlight focused on her wedding day last May, “We could feel Meg’s energy,” says the confidante. “The calm that she moves with. That’s how it felt because that’s how she and Harry are as a couple.”
A “selfless” friend who writes thank-you notes for reasons big and small and is “the best listener,” Meghan is also a clutch advice-giver for those who rely on her. “If I’m thrown some kind of curveball, I always think, ‘I gotta talk to Meg,’ ” says a former colleague. “We talk daily. And the first thing out of her mouth is, ‘How are the kids? How are you?’ I’m not even allowed to ask about her until she finds out about me.”
