のインタビューに応えた。
そして
ダイアナ元妃の
ファッションを利用した
パパラッチ トリックを明らかに！
ダイアナ元妃が以前のジムに対し
ワークアウト中の写真が撮影されたことによる
訴訟を起こし
それで新たに変えたのがこちら
”The Harbour Club, Chelsea”
ジムやらテニスコートやらをご利用のようで
以前には、
ダイアナ元妃が、子供達
ウィリアム王子＆ハリー王子を連れて
一緒にテニス、ということも。
キャサリン妃も、
結婚式に向けて？
ここに通われていたこともあり、
ウィリアム王子と一緒だったことや、
ピッパさんと一緒だったことも。
ジェニィさんが
ここでダイアナ元妃と初対面の際
さすがに（誰でもか）緊張
しかし、
目の前に現れた美しく背の高いダイアナ元妃は
このように言われたとか。
「Jenni, what can you do with this body?」
それからは、
クリスマスを子供達と一緒に過ごせなくて悲しむ
ダイアナ元妃と旅行に行くまでの
近い関係に。
臨床栄養士でもあるジェニィさんには、
摂食障害についてはもちろん
プライベートな話も。
「その話は私にしないで。
だってもし明日、記事が出たらきっと私が喋ったって思うでしょ。」
なんてジェニィさんが言うほど
なんでも、、、だったようね。
どうやら
ダイアナ元妃は
チャールズ皇太子と離婚したくなかったようですね。
そして、
そんな離婚後の辛い日々を忘れさせたのは
ワークショップの力も大きいよう。
チェルシーにあるこのクラブは
エクササイズ中の画像を撮影されたことで
訴訟を起こした、前のところから
変えたクラブ。
ここで
1995年からジェニィさんと出会った。
ここには、
ウィリアム王子＆ハリー王子を連れて
テニスを楽しまれてもいた元妃。
まめに通っていたからこそ
ある意味、
パパラッチには格好の場所
いつもパパラッチやカメラマンが張り付いていて
駐車場から建物内に入るまで
逃げようがなく、、
そんな中、ダイアナ元妃が考えた
パパラッチトリック！！
についても
ジェニィさんが明らかに。
それは、毎回同じ服で行くこと！
“One of her strategies was she was going to wear the same sweatshirt.”

ジム用と言うことで、

実際、色々調べてみたら、
本当に同じで

けど嫌味にも見えるポップさ。

会長とお知り合いよね。
この時のダイアナ元妃は
あまりカメラを避けていらっしゃらないようにも。。
もちろん全部じゃないけど。
ふふふ、、
って、ほくそ笑む感じ？
なんでしょうね〜
こんなスマートなやり方で
パパラッチを追い払うなんて
素敵！！
ダイアナ元妃はユーモアのセンスがおありだったと、
ジェニィさんも言ってます。

"Every single session, all the media camped outside with their cameras and lenses... I remember one of her strategies was that she was going to wear the same Virgin Active sweatshirt for every single session."
Kate then replied,
"So that the picture lost its currency?" to which Jenni said:
"Exactly. And I thought that was very clever of her."
Jenni was Diana's fitness trainer for seven years, and revealed that the People's Princess often confided in her. She said of the first time she ever met Diana:
"I was very nervous. She just came bounding through, and I remember standing looking up to this beautiful tall figure - and she said,
'Jenni, what can you do with this body?'"
"Exactly. And I thought that was very clever of her."
Jenni was Diana's fitness trainer for seven years, and revealed that the People's Princess often confided in her. She said of the first time she ever met Diana:
"I was very nervous. She just came bounding through, and I remember standing looking up to this beautiful tall figure - and she said,
'Jenni, what can you do with this body?'"
"And sometimes I used to say to her, 'Please don't tell me that story, because if it's in the press tomorrow you're going to think it's me!'"
Touching on Diana's health struggles, Kate asked:
"At that time had you understood that she'd had issues with food and eating disorders?" to which Jenni replied,
"Yes, we discussed everything because I'm a clinical nutritionist as well, so it was important that we discussed her whole aspect of her health."

Speaking of Diana's own public admission, she said:
"It was such a wonderful thing to do to come out in public and say, 'Look this is me, I've had this eating disorder'. It was incredibly brave of her because it helped so many other women."

Speaking to Yahoo News' series The Royal Box the London-based South African celebrity trainer explained that their work together motivated Diana, who had suffered from bulimia, not to fall back into old patterns.
But even after tackling her eating disorder the challenges were no means over for Diana, as she battled with constant public scrutiny and her separation from Charles, which the princess did not want.
'Given the choice she would have stayed and tried to make a happy marriage. She loved Charles,' Jenni explained.
'She married for the right reasons. She married for love,' Jenni said. 'It wasn't her that asked for all of this. It was sprung upon her. She wasn't the one that wanted to separate or have a divorce.'
'She wanted to be the Princess of Wales and the Queen of people's hearts. She wanted to be a loving mother, which she was, and a loving wife.'
Jenni added that the loss of Diana's HRH title was a particularly sore spot for the princess.
'I think she just felt hurt, as you would. It was just one thing after another.
'She had to be such an ambassador for Britain and everyone adored her and loved her and she was still the mother of the future king. Why should she lose her title?'
'Actually she had such an incredible sense of humour. The way that was brought up was with a joke. She was just trying to make light of it,'
Her sessions with Jenni soon became a key part of her ongoing recovery, according to the trainer.
'When you train with someone and they start to feel that strength going through their muscles it is so empowering and it just helped so much to make you not want to go that direction again,' Jenni explained.
'The challenge was that she was the Princess of Wales,' Jenni said.
'There was a lot of stuff in her life. The way we got through it was for her to turn up and just keep that discipline.
'She knew after every session she would feel amazing. It would help her to continue to better herself and feel more and more empowered and make the eating disorder a thing of the past.
'She liked to have a bit of a laugh when she trained and obviously there were days when she was having a really bad day, and I'd be a little bit lenient on her and not boss her around too much.
'She used to feel so great afterward and the aesthetics are just a bonus.'

ザラさんが

に語られた、
ご自身の流産のこと。
今年6月に、第二子を出産されたザラさんですが
その前には
二度の流産が。。。
そのことについての辛いお気持ちや
旦那様、マイクさんも同様だったこと
しかし、家族のサポートや絆が強まったことなど。。。
通常であれば
家族や親しい友人達だけが知りえる
こういう話を
ザラさんの場合には
皆が知っているということが、
最もキツかった、と話されていたことが、
なんだかグッと苦しくなりました。
'I think that's the hardest thing in our situation, is that everyone knew.
'And very much when things like that happen, normally it's just your family and friends, but unfortunately everyone knew about it.
'Actually I had so many letters saying 'I'm so sorry, we've been through the same thing', which was incredible - and thank you to all those people.
'But it just showed how often it does happen and I have a very supportive family, Mike's incredible – and it's hard for the guys too.
She continued: 'It's very different for us because we're carrying the child, but for guys I guess it's kind of that helpless feeling, which must be incredibly high and horrible for them. At the end of the day they've still lost a child too.'
'Being helpless is horrible isn't it... for anyone. So... you know, he's... it's been a horrible road but, you know, actually now we've come out the end of it, hopefully it makes you a stronger family.'
'I had a miscarriage in 2016 and afterwards loads of people wrote to me and Mike to say they'd been through the same thing.
'In our case, it was something that was really rare; it was nature saying, 'This one's not right'. For me, the worst bit was that we had to tell everyone - everyone knew.
'At the time, Pete was again very much the protective brother; he was very concerned about me, as was Mike. Everyone was. It was a time when my family came to the fore and I needed them.
'I had to go through having the baby because it was so far along. I then had another miscarriage really early on. You need to go through a period where you don't talk about it because it's too raw but, as with everything, time's a great healer.'

Officially open the historic Charles Rennie Mackintosh-designed tea rooms in Glasgow following a £10 million restoration.
The Duke of Rothesay and The Duchess of Cornwall Camilla toured the refurbished Mackintosh at the Willow tea rooms on Sauchiehall Street, which date back to 1903.
The A-listed property is of international significance as it was the only building where Mackintosh had complete control over the architecture and interior decorations, including the design of furniture, cutlery and waitress uniforms.
Prince Charles applauded the work as "truly splendid" and further said that "It’s a remarkable achievement, I’m full of admiration."
