毎年恒例の
クリスマス礼拝に
ロイヤルファミリーが勢ぞろい！！
私、来年は、ここに居たい！
と思ってしまった。
やはり皆様の登場は圧巻
しかも歩きって、、、、❤️
エディンバラ公が、
とってもお元気そうでなんだか嬉しい。
リタイアされて良かったようですね❤️
クイーンも
昨年はひどいお風邪で
異例の欠席
しかも新年までまたぎ
お休みになり、国民も心配しましたが、
今年はお元気。
キャサリン妃ご一家も
昨年は
ミドルトン家と一緒。
昨年はピッパさんが婚約でしたからね〜
今年結婚式を挙げた
バークシャー州の教会での
クリスマス礼拝でした。
なので久々の皆さま勢ぞろい。
そういう意味でも、
まさにクリスマスとは、
家族が集まれることが素晴らしい
と実感できる日ですね〜
クイーンはこの日もお車で、
カミラ夫人とご一緒。
エディンバラ公を含め、
他の皆さまは歩き。
チャールズ皇太子とアンドリュー王子が
先頭を歩いてこられるという
”お騒がせプリンス”
お二人の２ショット、
ってのが私にはツボでした。
そして何と言っても注目の、、、
伝統破りの
フィアンセという立場ながら
初のファミリーとの礼拝出席となったメーガンさん！
ハリー王子と腕組んで
お隣には義理の兄夫妻と並んで登場
さすがサービス精神ありの英ロイヤル
と思った、絵面。
そして
礼拝終了後には、
キャサリン妃とともに、 初のカーテシーをお披露目したメーガン さん！
結構お上手かも、、、
むしろキャサリン妃より。
それにしても、
メーガンさん、べったり腕を組んだまま
ここまでくっつくのって
違和感ありあり。
とっても英国的ではない、と。
本来、感情を表に出さない英国人
特にクラスが高くなればなるほど。
他のロイヤルファミリーは
もちろん誰も。
お隣のウィリアム王子＆キャサリン妃が
この日手を繋いでたのは、きっと
メディアへのサービスに
他ならないでしょう。
ま、弟たちがあれなら
私たちも繋いどく？みたいな、w
むしろ、夫妻が繋いでなかったら
婚約中のお二人だけが
悪目立ちしてた気すら、、、
それも考えてあげたとか？くらいの想像が。。
だって
いつもラブラブが伝わる
キャサリン妃たちですが
この場で手を繋がれていたのは
これまで一度だけ。
今回が2度目、ってくらいですから。
私のイメージするイギリス人像から考えると
なんだか品なく見えちゃいますが、、
ま、
こういうオープンでわかりやすい態度こそ
アメリカ人らしいと思われるので、
まさに文化の違い。
こういうことが
アメリカ人と結婚するということの
必然的な違和感。
個人的感想でいうと、
英寄りなんで、
もうちょいと引こ！って思います。
”引く美徳”が好きです。
姉さん女房として、
どんと構えて自由にさせてあげて、
って思います。
色々な点から、
実は、また
ダイアナ妃っぽいな〜
なんて感じた次第です。
理由は、
お会いしたときにでもw
それにしても
ロイヤルマナーを特訓中じゃないのか、、、
気になったのは、こちらも。
もはや全く存在感が消えつつある
生まれながらのプリンセスたち
ベアトリス王女＆ユージェニー王女、、、、
心中お察しします。
ユージェニー王女なんて
結婚のタイミングも無くしちゃったわね〜
と推測
ロイヤルも大変です、本当に。
それに比べ、一般市民は自由なもんです。
この日、なんと 沿道でロイヤルを一目見ようと待ってた
ロイヤルファンの女性が彼から
プロポーズされるという一幕も！
メディアが、インタビューしたら
いきなりプロポーズし始めちゃったからビックリ
メディアに取られるのを狙ってたのか、
彼のそのタイミングが不明、、、ではありますが
とにもかくにも、
めでたい結果になったので、良かった良かった。
なんでもありだな、英国はw
こんな一般人のプロポーズは撮れたのに
最も欲しい画像は撮れなかった、、、英メディア
ロイヤルファミリーを待ち構えてたメディア軍は
どうやら逆側のライン（ポジション）にいたらしく
運悪く、誰も４ショットを撮れていなかったらしい。

FASHIONは〜〜！！！
これほどまでに
くっきりはっきり違いが出るとは
想像以上。
カップルとなると
余計に、分かるもんですね、しかし。

初のお帽子スタイル

全体にマロンカラーとは、、、、
この人には似合わない色だと思うんだがなあ、、、
褐色の肌には馴染みすぎて美しく見えない、気が。
そしてお帽子
やはり、
帽子はロイヤルのお得意アイテムだということを
実感せざるを得なかった、、、
ロイヤル＝コンサバ
ファションはむしろトレンド感あるスタイリッシュなスタイル
でも帽子だけが浮いてる感。
イメージが真逆だから。
帽子がなきゃ、
むしろとってもお洒落なの。

お顔にもコートにも合ってないから、
両方を殺しちゃった
と私は感じました。
コンサバすぎてつまらないと
時に揶揄されるキャサリン妃と
スタイリッシュだけど、
ロイヤルらしさゼロのメーガン さん。
今後、良い意味で
もしや刺激し合うかもしれない、、、
予想外にも、
やる気が出てきました、私。

One Royal Family fan received an unexpected Christmas surprise as her boyfriend proposed to her live on TV while they queued to catch a glimpse of Meghan Markle.
American couple Mike Metz and Ashley Millican, both aged 20 and visiting their UK-based relative from Wisconsin, were waiting to see the Queen, Prince Harry and his fiancee attend St Mary Magdalene Church on the Queen's Sandringham Estate for the Christmas Day service when Mike got on one knee.
Asked by Sky News Royal correspondent Rhiannon Mills why it was so important for them to come and see the royals on Christmas morning, Mr Metz got on one knee and said: 'I want to spend the rest of my Christmases with you Ashley, so I don't know if you want to marry me?'

When asked by his son to pick one issue to focus on, Charles said over the years there have been a 'whole lot' of things he has tried to focus on that he thought needed attention.
He said: 'Not everyone else did, but maybe now some years later they are beginning to realise that what I was trying to say may not have been as dotty as they thought.
'The issue really which has to go on being focused on, big time I think, is this one around the whole issue of climate change.
'Which is now, whether we like it or not, is the biggest threat multiplier we face because what is happening now is what I was dreading
'Which is we are having to deal all the time with the symptoms that are springing up all round the world, and they are diverting us off down all these different channels to try and deal with ghastly conflicts and humanitarian and natural disasters, and goodness knows what else.
'But at the root of it all, much of it, is climate change which is causing untold horrors in different parts of the world.'
When he started the interview, Prince Harry referred to his father as 'pa' and said it was 'very nice' to see him.
He later asked him: 'Moving on, I know the two of us could end up talking about this for hours and hours and hours of which we always do but not with a microphone in front of us.
'But do you feel optimistic about the future, for the world that William, myself, your grandchildren and everyone else out there is going to inherit.'
His father replied: 'Well my dear boy if I must say so, the fact you're saying this, gives me enormous optimism. I haven't obviously put you off when banging on all these years.
'Because if you think that, that is really encouraging. What I've tried to do all these years is to make sure that I can ensure that you and that your children, my grandchildren, also everyone else's grandchildren, have a world fit to live in.'
Harry later told him: 'I totally see it and I totally understand it because of all these years of conversations that we've been having and I do end up picking your brains more now than I ever have done.'
His father added: 'Well darling boy it makes me very proud to think that you understand.'
Harry then joked: 'And that I'm listening?'
'Well that's even more amazing', his father said.

Former US President Barack Obama spoke about creating a platform for the leaders of tomorrow
Mr Obama highlighted the importance of communicating offline and taking time away from social media, some have interpreted as a dig at current President Donald Trump.
He said: 'The truth is that on the internet everything is simplified and when you meet people face to face it turns out they are complicated.'
'One of things we want to do I think is as we're working with young people to build up platforms for social change.
'Make sure that they don't think that just sending out a hashtag in and of itself is bringing about change. It can be a powerful way to raise awareness but then you have to get on the ground and actually do something.'
"I wake up later," said former president Barack Obama of what’s different about his mornings now. It’s wonderful to be able to control your day in a way that you just can’t as president."
When asked if he felt relief after finishing what's arguably the world's toughest job, Obama said: “Relief probably isn’t the right phrase because relief indicates that I can’t wait until this thing is finished. But I think that there was a sense that we had run a good race."
“But the things that are important to me haven’t changed," he added. "I still care about making sure that the United States and the world is a place where kids get a decent education, where people who are willing to work hard are able to find a job that pays a living wage. Although I don’t have the same tools that I had as president, I have to rely more on persuasion than legislation … a lot of the things that still motivate and move me continue to this day."
Obama told Harry there are some things he misses about the job. “I miss my team. Everything you do every day you know can affect millions and billions of people in some cases and to have really smart, focused people who are there for the right reasons and who over time have built up trust and have learned to support each other, rely on each other, I miss that," he said.
"All of us in leadership have to find ways to recreate a common space on the internet,” he said. One of the dangers of the internet is that people can have entirely different realities. They can be cocooned in information that reinforces their current biases. The question has to do with how do we harness this technology in a way that allows a multiplicity of voices, allows a diversity of views, but doesn't lead to a Balkanisation of society and allows ways of finding common ground."

'It was fantastic, she really enjoyed it.'
'The family loved having her there.
'There's always that family part of Christmas (where) there's always that work element there as well, and I think together we had an amazing time
'We had great fun staying with my brother and sister-in-law and running round with the kids. 'Christmas was fantastic.'
The presenter asked the prince if there were any family traditions that had to be explained to Ms Markle and he replied:
'Oh plenty, I think we've got one of the biggest families that I know of, and every family is complex as well.
'No look, she's done an absolutely amazing job. She's getting in there and it's the family I suppose that she's never had.'

Prince Harry then joked about whether Mr Obama had been invited to his wedding next May, when asked if he was on the guest list.
